Best Plumbing Repair Repairs in Baltimore MD
Moved into our home and within a week we had a backup overflowing into our main level bathroom. Ron was kind, professional, and responsive. He showed up when he said he would and charged exactly what he said he would when I spoke with him on the phone the day before. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. I would recommend Ron to anyone in the area!

I do not recommend this company. Plumbing for a new powder room (toilet and vanity rough-in and installation) was performed. A permit through Baltimore County was obtained for the project. The rough-in was performed and passed inspection. The final installation of the toilet and vanity took place, and Ty (Owner) said he would call for final inspection. After a no-show from the county, I called the county, no inspection had been requested, and the county representative stated Ty's license had been suspended. Ty withheld that information from me, and I now need to hire another plumber to finish the process of getting my plumbing inspected. Without full disclosure, he's operating without a license!

Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Tim Paul was the tech that serviced my home. He was very professional and courteous.
Feeling a little down because of Covid 19, Tim boosted my spirits by telling me “focus on the little things, the things that matter like, your kids laughing upstairs! “

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.
Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

Stilwell put in a water heater January 2015. A gas leak was found by a profession about 17 days after the 1 yr warranty. Immediately we called Stilwell's emergency line we never got a call back! We called them back in the morning and was told by a very nasty and sarcastic young lady to call your local gas company and that its out of warranty so they will charge us a full service fee to check it out (the same fee they would charge a new customer). We had someone else come out and fix the gas leak (that was in two different connections!) They also noticed rust on the top of the heater and said this should not be after one year.
We then went to the BBB and after filing our complaint this is Stilwell's unprofessional response.....
Water Heater installed on 1/9/15. County inspector arrived 1/14/15 and passed work. Customer has a 90 day warranty with their home warranty company on said work. Complaint filed on 1/27/16. 9 months out of warranty. Even if we go by our warranty of 1 year which we don't have to but being the responsible company we are the customer is still 18 days out of warranty. So the question is how long should a company extend its warranty for, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year how about we all just live by what we agree to and take responsibilty for ours
Addendum 2/19/16
This was Stiwell's ridiculous rebuttal to our second response
'As i stated prior, this has nothing to do with us. Our warranty was over and we have no obligation to this customer at all.'
How unbelievably unprofessional!!!

I am very disappointed with the level of service provided by Michael & Sons. I had a water heater installed with the old one being removed. I had a discussion with the technician about the procedure in full detail. We agreed upon the contract and how the work was to be completed. To my surprise the technician (Mike) did not empty the water heater. He proceeded to pull the partially full water heater up the steps, damaging each step along the way. We put in a claim the same afternoon the work was performed. It took five phone calls to reach the claims department, an individual named Maurice. We set a date for the inspection of said damaged property, and no one showed up or called. I put the floors in a little less than a year ago for $5000, and now I have to spend additional monies to get the steps repaired. Point blank the level of service is poor, customer service is less than adequate, and professionalism is missing altogether.Josey
