We had a gas leak and had the gas company come out and found it. They found the leak in an elbow joint where it connects to the water heater and turned the gas off to it. Tyree was notified and he came out to our house in an hour!! His communication was great and kept us updated on his ETA and was very kind and professional! We showed him where the leak was and he did the soap test and found another leak along the pipe as well. He had it repaired in 30 minutes and turned the gas back on to make sure it wasn’t leaking after. I would highly recommend Tyree at T.L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs!!!

This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.
He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. Father and son duo were wonderful to work with! Messaged them on Thumbtack at 4pm after having terrible luck with another more well known plumbing company and they were here within 30 minutes! Night and day difference! I struggled with the other company for 3 months! These guys got it right in one day! Both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and are way more affordable than most! I called Michael and Sons out for a potential sump pump/hydro ejector issue. We noticed that our toilet and sinks were bubbling when in use indicating an issue, we wanted to get service before our basement flooded. They responded promptly and comminuted every step of the way. Michael and sons were able to diagnose and complete the repair within a few hours at a reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with with friendly and professional. My only complaint is that, sewage did not overflow onto my floor until the diagnostic process. While conducting the diagnostics sewage began to overflow onto my floor. it was unfortunate, but the tech called the restoration/clean up team out as soon as that happened so I let it go. The restoration/clean up person arrived as the repair was being completed. After I signed the paper work, the restoration person began to walk out with the tech. I asked if the clean up was complete or when to expect someone to conduct the cleanup, he stated that they have a $1500 minimum and suggested I clean up the sewage myself. I would've had no problem doing so if the sewage were there before they came out to conduct the service but that was not the case. Their technician caused the sewage to overflow, therefore they should've cleaned up after themselves. I'm a facility manager by trade and prior to that I was a service and operations manager for a commercial HVAC/R & plumbing company, making your customer clean up a mess you made is unheard of.

Made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then nobody showed up to perform the work and did not even call to follow-up. Not recommended.

Bryan was out to our house this past Tuesday, 12/08/2020. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He was able to clear our VERY clogged kitchen sink drain, all while maintaining social distancing with not only myself, but my two young children. If I use Stilwell again in the future (I only phrase it this way because I hope to avoid any and all future plumbing issues), I will definitely be asking for Bryan!
