I was very pleased with the service today. I called this AM, a technician was out in the early afternoon and the whole project was wrapped up by mid-day. Overall a positive experience and will look to use Catons again.

Dama (1503) and Tyrone (5421) did a magnificent job repairing our leak that forced us to turn water off to the whole house. We’d been without water for 2 days by the time we reached out to roto-rooter and it took them no time at all to diagnose our issue, explain their plan of attack, and get to work. They also helped install shut off valves for our shower to help us avoid having to turn water off to the whole house in the future. Can’t recommend Dama and Tyrone highly enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help their customer. Thanks again guys!! Any one else who works with these two can rest assured they have quality technicians taking care of them.

The only concern I have is that he did not clean up the mess he made. Debris fell on top of the gas dryer under where he was working and he left it

I called Catons to have several plumbing issues addressed.The tech Bruce Jordon was very prompt and completed all repairs in a timely manner.He answered all of our questions and all informed us on preventative measures to keeps our drains clear.I will continue to call Catons for all of our plumbing needs and will always request Bruce.

We called Roto-Rooter very early on a Sunday morning after we found out that we had no hot water and our 21 year old water heater was leaking badly. I was called at 8am and within the hour Khai was at our home. We had the new water heater installed and hot water that afternoon. We were impressed by the professionalism and work completed. Same day appointment for a basement drain clog and very easy scheduling. Issac Technician # 2009 was friendly, professional and efficient. He was honest about what I needed, offered possible solutions and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. It was costly but I researched that prior to calling so it was not a surprise.

Mr . Kirk was prompt, courteous, collegial, and took proper COVID 19 precautions. He was patient in explaining to me his procedure and his findings. It was a pleasure doing business with Rick Kirk and Catons Plumbing&Drain.

We had a toilet pipe break- within 5 minutes of putting in a contact request on their website, I received a call. After sending pictures of what we were dealing with (turns out it was minor), Brent walked me through how to correct the issue myself. He was super clear in his instructions, along with letting me know what we may deal with in the future. I will definitely be contacting Warrior with any future plumbing needs!

Edit: We had the same pipe break and realized that this would be a recurring issue. Again, after contacting Warrior, I received a quick call back. After explaining the situation, it seemed like a straightforward fix. I was able to get an appointment on the books quickly. The repair itself took maybe 40 minutes. All in all, we are quite happy with the level for service and the quality of work. Thank you!
