TJ was my plumber and he was fantastic! Prompt, explained everything up front and provided me with options. He was fast and resolved our broken toilet in an hour. Would highly recommend!On another occasion Steve was my plumber and he was so fast and efficient! He replaced my garbage disposal, provided me with detailed options, and left my sink/cabinet area looking immaculate. Would definitely recommend!

Roland arrived out the day after we contacted to have our toilets resealed, got the task done in less than 2 hours (two toilets), was reasonably priced, and incredibly recommend this business!

Catons plumbing has been great. Their call center is friendly and responsive. We’ve used them twice now and each time they’ve sent someone out within 24hours. Additionally, their crew is knowledgeable and professional. Elijah in particular went above and beyond on some bathroom plumbing reworking. He was so professional and made sure the job was done perfectly.

They added a new drain pipe and water supply lines so I could turn my single sink bathroom vanity into double sink. They were quick, well priced, cleaned up after themselves and they were really nice and helpful!

They squeezed fixing my garbage disposal in between some other jobs just a couple hours after I called them! They were very friendly and polite and fixed my problem immediately. I will be calling them again with other plumbing work.

I had an appointment this morning and they called me just before 8:00 and I thought great until they called back and stated they called the wrong customer, no big deal. They said someone will be at my home in the next hour. I called back around noon and was told the plumber was still at the first job. Being foolishly optimistic I believed the representative when I was told someone was still coming. Around 3:45 I call again because no one showed up. I was then told she was going to give the job to someone else but he won’t arrive until later. Well at this point I became very familiar with later. My window was 6:00-10:00. Guess what? Nothing , no one showed up, no one called and I called and left 2 messages. I wish I would have read the reviews first, but hopefully I can help someone else.
