I’m grateful to Ty for installing my new dishwasher. He was on time, very pleasant and did an excellent job! The dishwasher looks great! I’ll definitely hire him again for future plumbing needs.

I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

As far as I'm concerned Ace is the only plumber I need.

We had a leak in the basement and it was getting messy. Called Len's around 10:00 AM and they had a technician at the house by 1:30 PMJosh O. was our technician and he was fantastic. Very professional and listened to what we needed to have done and then provided us with several options for the level of repair--with no pressure--just the facts for us to decide on.Work and labor was electronically quoted before he started so there were no surprises or last minute additional costs. Josh was very quick in terms of his time at the house (he came on a Saturday).He walked us through everything he did and even got us a quote on a potential new hot water heater.They texted us his arrival info, phone, and picture--along with a tracking map of his journey to the house.Fabulous experience--highly recommend :-)

Very responsive and professional! Came over the same day for my install, and worked around my schedule to get the job done quickly. The plumber clearly knew what he was doing. Not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for with great service done right the first time.

I am more than just impressed, I am grateful for Baltimore Water Heater guys! I live in Fed Hill, had an emergency, and called two big companies. Both times I got a secretary with no knowledge of plumbing or costs. One company even charged to just look at it (and not until the next day). Then I called BWHGs. Rob gave me a flat fee on the phone, without seeing it. He asked me to take some pictures, then came right over. It was a bigger job than he had anticipated due to the previous plumber's shoddy job, but Rob still stuck to his initial flat fee. Folks, Use BWHGs. You will talk to a real guy who knows his stuff; he will take all guesswork out by giving you a flat fee; and to top it off he's a nice guy who wants to help and is truly grateful for the work. I would recommend BWHGs to anyone who needs a water heater replaced; they are so good at it because it's all they do!

Evan from Stephen J Tant Plumbing LLC came out to repair the gas line to our stove. He was punctual, professional and very informative the entire time. Great service and a great price! I will be using them again in the future!

Our plumber Juan was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, quick and very courteous. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done. Then finished the job quickly. He cleaned up after himself, and was ready to leave in no time at all. I would highly recommend this company and will use in the future.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

Lou is the absolute best

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Prompt response time and service, friendly and professional employees, and excellent work! I am very happy with the repairs they did around my home. Reasonable prices charged for the work done.
