Ty was very professional and curtious. He made sure the job was done right and cleaned up after each job. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber.

When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Great price, professional, timely, perfect service. Highly recommend.

Incredible service and highly recommend! Our AC system stopped working literally 3 days after we moved into our new house—right before the start of a heat wave. I called SJT and they sent somebody the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem (broken blower motor), express ordered the necessary replacement part, and fixed it all ASAP. Steve and Mikey were fantastic, and they communicated with us the whole time--they told us exactly what the issue was and what the costs were to fix it. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them again.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and can not grasp the meaning of good customer service. Avoid them at all cost!!! After waiting 5 months to replace two ceiling fans, Stilwell Plumbing refused to complete the job after rescheduling several times via their failure to document scheduling and execute properly. The management (Christy Stilwell) was very unprofessional and could not execute properly handling needed documentation or follow through with proper tools and scheduling several times. Do not use this company as they are very horrible.

I was told by technician that there was no charge work under warranty. Never got an invoice. Then the next day when I called to get my invoice to my surprise I had a balance of over $300.00. when I called to complain I was even told by receptionist that there should be no charge then she changed her mind and said it did not include laborDid is not right!!! Will escalate this issue

Mike M, the technician that was sent to take care of the installation of both faucet and garbage disposal did an excellent job. He answered any and all questions I had! I would have Metcalf Plumbing out for any future problems I have! Mike is a very knowledgeable plumber and he is also great with the customers!
