I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. Last spring, I had a problem with my well pump. Richard Keefer from Len the Plumber was out first thing the following morning, diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and took care of the issue - including a new pump and a new holding tank - which he installed the same day. He mentioned that my water heater was likely due for replacement because of its age but I declined at the time. Fast forward 9 months, my water heater bit the dust. Without hesitation, I called Len the Plumber. Within an hour, Ken Borowiak and Sean arrived to remedy the problem and a new hot water heater was installed the same day. In both cases, these gentlemen resolved my plumbing issues and any questions I had in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Additionally, they were very neat and left my house without a trace of ever having been there. I can't say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. Thank you so much!

The gentleman was very considerate and shared the results of the sewage pipe and why we have had problems for almost a year. He also cleaned for me since I had surgery and could not clean yet.

I own an old house with old plumbing, and I have called SJT on previous occasions to fix leaking copper water lines and to replace a large leaking pipe that drained two second floor bathrooms. Most recently I called them to replace my water heater and to upgrade several old washer based water shut-off valves to the much better 1/4 turn ball valves. They are the most responsive plumbing company that I have ever dealt with, their people are courteous and knowledgeable, and all of their work to date has been superb.

I had a a stopped up toilet, the representative came by on time a fixed the problem. He arrived on time and did charge for the visit. I will keep him future projects.

The tech was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful when he came in my home he covered up his feet. He made sure that he was clean. I really appreciate doing business with him based on my experience with the tech that came to my house I would refer this company to anyone he did a great job. I also scheduled an appointment with him to do further work on March 6.

I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night. Stopped the leak and returned the next morning to replace the piping. He was very prompt and professional even in the wee hours of the night. I highly recommend

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.
