Three was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his plumbing business work. He was very committed to his craft of plumbing work. I will continue to use his services. I was very pleased with the work he completed today.

I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

As far as I'm concerned Ace is the only plumber I need.

My husband and I were impressed with the service we received from Tiyese, our technician. He was professional and polite as well as knowledgeable.

My HOA always uses them. Their repairs have been costly and a headache not by my choice since 2018...
I learned my lesson, Now the moment I hear that plumbing snake sound in my building or see them in my building .. I immediatly call and pay a licensed plumber from any other company to come immediately to witness and document their repair, diagnosis or unclog or their attempts to protect me and witness and document to protect my plumbing my unit and me from repeating another nightmare.. it is stressful and extremely costly!

I am impressed they offer 24/7 emergency hours including holiday and weekend when most other licensed plumbers are closed.... but, is the stress and need to hire another licensed plumber to repair their work is it worth the 247 convenience?
maybe they could be ok and handle SFH plumbing basics like a simple unclog of a bathroom or kitchen sink drain or maybe a basic toilet plunge.... but not anything more...

maybe with more training, experience, licenses, professional education and certifications they could improve, as well as if Caton plumbing would provide employees with proper equipment mentorship and supervision....

I hope Caton Plumbing will choose to invest in their employees and help them get licensed and certified and trained by expert master licensed plumbers...

Until then, I will continue to be stressed, overpay, and check credentials and licenses...

Autumn in Customer Service was delightful to speak with scheduling my appointment. David sent me a text when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. David investigated why I didn't have water. He did his diagnostic checks inside and outside at my well. He explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out I needed a new water pump. David was very professional, articulate and knowledgeable about his craft. Some technicians you can't wait for them to get out of your house, I didn't feel that way today. It was a pleasure to have him work on my plumbing issue. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone with a plumbing problem.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

Horizion was very timely in arriving, diagnosing the problem and performing the work needed Technician Robert was very direct and honest about what needed to be done and what the costs were. Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.
