We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

I had a pipe that ruptured because of freezing. Len the Plumber came quickly (within hours of my call). The technician did a wonderful and professional job. However, the cost was exorbitant. I was charged $1079 for 1/2 work (and less than 6 of copper pipe for materials). I am a long time customer, but will be looking for a more cost effective plumber in the future.

Mr Khai Dal did an amazing job even though the coordinating office drop the ball about timing and scheduling, and never informed him about changes in our time window at home. He went beyond professionalism, helping me reporting a recurring problem to WSSC. He has my 5 stars.

I cannot recommend Metcalf enough! This is the second time they have done work on my house (the first was some gas line work--they were about 20% less than my other quotes at that time). This time, I called on a Sunday evening with a suspected sewage line block, expecting a voice-mail, but they answered the phone and scheduled me for first thing the next morning! Mike and Allen came out the next day, with a reasonable quote that fixed the problem. They were very professional, both wore masks (during these COVID times), and left things even cleaner than when they arrived. They also did a great job explaining the problem and answered additional questions about future work I hope to have done. I would not go with anyone else.

I've been using Fitz for years. They always do good work, and they don't rake you over the coals with prices!

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

They came out on schedule, explained in detail what the problem was and how the job would be completed... the initial visit was great. After scheduling and job is complete I'll definitely send another review but so far so good, great initial consult.
