Once again, Len the Plumber has gone above and beyond. Even though there was a small mix up on when the technician would arrive, once he did (Ron Rice), I could not have asked for a better technician. He found the problem immediately and had several options for fixing it, keeping in mind the cost. He repaired what it was and installed a new toilet. I feel confident that Ron's work will fix the problem(s). I have been using Len the Plumber for many years and will continue to do so. Jason and his crew arrived on time and were finished before the promised time. They were efficient, courteous, explained everything and showed me the finished product. My appointment was for a 4 hour window. The morning of the appointment I received a phone call with exact time plumber will arrive. Plumber arrived on time and was professional. Completed work quickly and cleaned up work space in the bathroom even placing the rug back in place I had moved before his arrival. I have used this company for years and am always pleased with their work.

I called LJ Butler plumbing earlier today because I had a toilet, sink and tub linked to the same pipes that were not draining. LJ Butler came in after about only 20 minutes or so and took care of all three. My bathroom is back to working again. What a relief! Thank you LJ Butler!
