I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

Billy C. was so amazing throughout this process! We had a huge pipe leak over the weekend (leaked through 2 floors) and they were able to come very quickly to evaluate it. He walked us through the process - getting it cleaned up, who to contact, next steps, etc., and was quick coming back after the evaluation to fix the leak!! He answered my many questions and was so kind and professional through it all! He put us at ease during a bad situation and I’m so grateful for his help and expertise! I don’t wish this type of leak on anybody, but if you’re ever in that situation, I highly recommend them!

Tim did a great job of explaining our plumbing issues! While they are so extensive that he could not address everything, he was able to get us up and running until we can schedule their personnel to estimate and eliminate the problems we’re having.

The first time we used Stilwell Plumbinging they were great. They really help us out. This time however it was the total opposite. We now have been without hot water for over a week. The plumber was supposed to come out between 2 and 6 PM. At 6:45 pm I was out playing with my kids in the back yard when the plumber walks up to my fence and asks me why I didn't answer the front door. He never called to say he was running late never apologized for being late but was annoyed that I didn't answer the front door when he finally showed up.

I showed him the proble and he took a few pictures and said he needed to order a part. I asked how long that would take and he said they would have it the next day.

The next day my wife and I called a total of six times to try and see if the part had come in and to schedule a time for them to come out. Calling six times may seem excessive but everytime we called we literally got a different reason why the part was not in yet. The final time I called the woman told me they were having trouble finding the part we needed. She said it was hard to find parts for a tankless water heater. That took me back because I dont have a tankless water heater. To told her this and then she said oh right we ordered your part this morning and they dont have same day delivery. When I asked why we were told, by the plumber, that the part would have been in the next day she told me they shouldn't have said that. I also asked her why she didn't tell my wife or me this earlier today. She said she had gotten our claim mixed up with another claim.

I'm not a business man in any shape or form and I understand that businesses have bad days but reading the other reviews there seems to be common trends with the lower ratings.

We were extremely impressed. We initially went through homeowners insurance, but the company we were referred to was horrible. I won't go into detail because this review will be too long...I just googled plumber near me and this was the first hit. We were desperate for a plumber so no time to research. The other company strung us along for five days... Due to issues we couldn't shower or do laundry till plumbing issues were fixed. Michael and Sons had someone out within a couple hours! The technician, Michael (not original Michael and Sons Michael) was AMAZING! He was friendly, efficient and knew exactly how to fix the problems (terrible leak and front spicket that didn't work). Also, he didn't forget any tools! I couldn't believe how quickly he fixed the issues! He was very sweet and polite, AND the price was def less than we expected! So I highly recommend this company!!!

We had a utility sink moved from the first floor to the basement. Lou was quick and efficient. He was friendly and the end result looked great!

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

When our reliable plumber retired, we were not sure where to turn. Nick was recommended by a neighbor. One visit is all it took to convince us we found our new plumber. Nick has been out twice for different plumbing issues. He is professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
