I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. They fixed the problem for us at a fair price and even offered us advice so the problem wouldn't occur again. I will absolutely be using ACE plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. Dispatch was not great. We were called and told technician was on the way. Hours later we were told no tech was assigned to us. Two more hours later, we were told a tech was on the way. That gets few stars.BUT Dylan and his helper get about six stars. Excellent work and clean up, patient and professional. We hope he will be our tech next time we need help.

Marvin was excellent. Fortunately I went and bought a water heater to save time - their supplier was closed by the time they got here and assessed the issue. Pricey but the entire problem was resolved in 4 hours.

Rob was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having , was in and out of my house within 5 minutes. He was very nice and very professional and the company didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Did full install of new AC unit and furnace. Professional and courteous

Hardy Plumbing is the best! Justin came out, on time, and put in our battery back-up for our sump pump. Their prices are reasonable and I trust them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had been having a bad smell when running the washing machine. The smell became horrendous on a Sunday. I called 4 other plumbing services only to receive a callback from 2. Benjamin Franklin being on the quick draw!

David Laboskie was our appointed technician. He took the service to the next level! Showed up on time and was ready to jump right in. He was honest, up front, and used absolutely no scare tactics! He spent the time with us and genuinely listened to everything we said, answered every single question we had and really made us feel better about our situation. We were left with options to help remedy our situation without feeling like we were being pushed into a corner.

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

Mike and Julian came to our house on very short notice and were able to fix the issue of no hot water flowing to the kitchen sink. They were both extremely professional (even young Julian, who was mature beyond his years) and Mike was able to diagnose and repair a difficult problem.

The service was very timely. I had an emergency and got to the root of the problem. Payment was very simple and transparent. I would work with this company again if it was needed

Joe and Max came to install a flex line and bring my gas valve up to code so I can have installed a new gas stove. They both were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Then I had a follow up visit to check on the furnace pilot light from Matt who was also helpful. I have used Stilwell for a previous issue with my toilet and had a new toilet installed by Josh. So far everyone has been great!

We called Michael & Son Services to have them come out and repair a leaky water main. They said they would come out and fix the pipe and come by the following day without a service charge. We would of course need to pay for the repair. We agreed - however, they didn't even send a technician out. We found out when we called them hours later when that they wouldn't do the work because the hole was already dug - a fact we explained to them several times when we made the appointment and that they led us to believe wouldn't be a problem.We took time off work to be here for this appointment, and we still have water spilling into our yard. It's a waste of water, and it's impacting our water bill. We could've had a different company come out and fix it by now if they had just been up front with us from the start.This company left a disabled veteran out to dry, committed to work they couldn't actually do, then bailed on it without communicating properly or even showing up for the work. This cost me hundreds of dollars personally in both time and water, and now we are stuck scrambling to find someone who can come by at almost 5pm on a weeknight. This company is beyond unprofessional and they do not care about you or your home. Go do business literally with anyone else you can find in your area.
