Ty came out to my home to unclog my main drain. He has an awesome personality. He was very professional yet very friendly and outgoing. He did a thorough job and i will be using him again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Well we had a rocky start because the assessment of damage was way more than I expected. I was on the phone with the tech so I did not have a chance to see what he was seeing. I ended up meeting with Jay. He re-assessed what we ended up needing. He was very professional and took his time to fix the leaks (multiple). My tenant was very pleased with his work and so was I. I called for a broken faucet. Small job but these guys were out the day after the call. Super super friendly and excellent customer service. Explained everything in detail and I didn’t have to take out a second mortgage which is always a bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stephen for your plumbing needs.

Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The biggest bonus was that I was fortunate that they responded to our 3am emergency; otherwise the damage could have been even worse!

Israel was pleasant and professional. He installed 2 new toilets (that BenFranklin provided with 5 year warranties) at our home.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

This company is the best! My experience started with the owner (Les Metcalf) coming out personally to give me a full explanation of the work he could perform. Followed by their awesome office staff person (Danielle) contacting me to provide the quote and schedule the best day for them to perform the work. On the morning they did the work, I received a text message stating the project manager was in route to my home and his photo was included for security and identification. He showed up at the agreed upon time, and reviewed the work I discussed to be performed with the owner. The crew arrived next and within 4 hours they were done and my water was restored. Everyone was professional, efficient and had great attitudes! I’d select Metcalf Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs in my home.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.
