When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

We called LJ Butler for an emergency sump pump issue at 8pm (Rotorooter had cancelled on us last minute without any notice...and honestly we're kinda glad they did because we were forced to find an alternative and found LJ Butler). Wes Butler was immediately responsive, showed up 12 minutes after our phone call, diagnosed the problem and worked on it right there and then. He was extremely professional and friendly, and explained everything to us clearly. We were very impressed with his work and definitely recommend him.

Callled for a clogged waste drain, explained what needed to be done as per my plumber whobeas out of town, technician shows up, didn't bring in tools from the van, I brought him down the basement, and he acted like he was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Proceeded to plunge the laundry sink that was clogged, which I explained, I had already tried, he then said he wanted t oik save me money because they charge $719 to use the electric snake, I told him that's what I needed to be done, somehow it took the tech 5 hours to clear out the drain, because he seemed like he didn't fully know how to operate the machine, they then took of 25% of the bill plus an additional $75. $497.00 for a waste drain is still highway robbery. Then his snake was stuck in my pipe, he suggested he cut my pipe to get it out....I talked him out of it. Started at 4pm left at 945pmThis company pretty much price gouged us for a job that wasn't that big.

The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

George is attentive, honest, and competent. What more could you ask for? And yet, it feels like George goes above and beyond. When I reached George, he was on vacation but insisted on listening to my problem so that he could offer an initial guesstimate of the issue and of the cost to repair. On the day of service, he was thorough to confirm his diagnosis and generous in explaining what was going on, why it was problematic, and what steps I could take preventatively once he implemented the fix. When a part arrived late, he communicated pro-actively and rescheduled for the next day (on the weekend no less, even though it was not an emergency circumstance). I could not be happier with my experience.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.
