I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

They were hired to repair a water main leak prior to me moving in my house. About 8 months later I had a fountain coming out of my lawn again. I demanded they come back and fix it the correct way. I told them I was not going to pay them to fix what they were already paid to fix the first time (they claim it was a different spot, but it was not because I have pictures). Now fast forward 7 months and my lawn is a swimming pool AGAIN.

The guys who came to actually complete the job were really nice and definitely hard workers. I’m sure they may do a good job on other projects as their reviews state, but I won’t be calling them again to fix a water main.

We used Roto-Rooter twice this year for different issues and they were great both times. Today I had Chuck (#737)come and fix a leaking pipe. He did a wonderful job and was friendly and professional...explained everything he was doing. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed.
