I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. I told him not to worry about cleaning up and he just chuckled and cleaned and wiped down everything. Caton Plumbing and Bruce are definitely the Go To Team. Thank you Caton Plumbing. Joseph, tech 5423, worked for 5 hours to get the clog out, under pretty terrible (dirty) conditions. He was cheerful throughout and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. He also explained his findings and remediation well, and recommended steps to prevent recurrence. I have a home warranty but I didn't want to wait for their tech, and I'm glad I went with this company.
