Charged over $1000 for 5 hours of work installing a vanity and fixing a shower handle. Dave from RtP was not capable of fixing the hole in the wall he made, properly grouting the new shower handle/head to the wall, or securing the vanity to studs, so had to use another handyman he recommended for that. Other guy pointed out that Dave had installed the wrong kind of piping behind the showerhead, so it could not be properly attached to the wall. Would not recommend.

Great job at a fair price. Had a broken/leaky pipe, he came out quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. Was respectful of my home and property.

This is the second time I've had to call Catons within the past year and the tech Dave Whittington was top notch.He was responsive and patient as well as answering all my wife and I questions. I would definitely use Catons again for any future plumbing issues that we have. Although they aren't cheap but as we've learned as homeowners, you get what you pay for. Thumbs up to Dave. I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

Just like Michael Raynor, I used them through American Home Shield. They came out and said they needed standard toilet tank parts and would be back in a week. Two weeks later, I had to call and they gave me an 8 -12 window. When no one arrived by noon, they told me that 8-12 was the window that the technician would be leaving his last location. WHAT?? That is not what they told me and that is not how it works. A technician will be at your home between 8 and noon, means just that. Find someone else.

I don't always agree with their charges, especially the dispatch fee but the technicians are excellent. Tondi fixed my furnace today; it was freezing in my house! I appreciate their professionalism.
