Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

This is the second time we had to get Trevor from Roto Rooter to come out to fix different issues with our plumbing! He’s personable, professional, quick to respond, and friendly! All things that make me want to use him and Roto Rooter for anything plumbing related! He also had a trainee Ariane today and he was also super friendly and helpful!

My sump pump failed yesterday evening. Roto-Rooter was super responsive and had a technician out within an hour. Roh, the technician was very knowledgeable. Joe, the restoration specialist was at my home within an hour and a half to walk through the steps needed to start the restoration process. Very professional. Both responded well to my dazed and sarcastic demeanor (this was to keep from crying). Customer service was excellent!

Just had the gas hooked up to our new stove, and the gentleman who came out was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even with running back to the shop for an adapter, the whole job only took about 90 minutes start to finish (we live in Towson).
