Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

We had a leak issue coming from a toilet in our house. We called Len The Plumber as a second opinion. Between Sam taking his time to explain everything and Derrick coming with the camera so we could fully see everything underground it was amazing. Later Jake and Shawn digging up the yard and replacing everything in a very professional manner. Thanks guys, you are appreciated.

I've been living with a running toilet for a month or more! Finally called Catons after doing some research. Jesse (Tech #2254) was very professional and friendly! He explained everything thoroughly and tested everything completely. He was even early to the scheduled appointment! I was extremely happy when the young lady from the office called and asked if it was okay if he can earlier than the scheduled appointment! I will definitely use Caton's again! And will definitely request Jesse!

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I HIRED THEM TO REPLACE MY KITCHEN FAUCET FROM KRAUS, THAT HAD ALL THE PARTS PRE-INSTALLED. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND CHARGED ME $518 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE FAUCET!!! I AM DISABLED AND WHEN I REALIZED HOW MUCH THEY HAD CHARGED ME I WAS SHOCKED!!!
I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH AND DECIDED TO LEAVE A REAL REVIEW, UNLIKE THE REVIEWS THEY HAVE, AND WARN OTHER CUSTOMERS!!

I was very pleased with my experience with Michael & Sons Services. It was easy to book an appointment, and they even called me a week early to offer a sooner appointment because there was a cancellation. I also received a courtesy call the day of to let me know that my service person was running late. Definitely appreciated that. Once here, Kevin was quick, professional, and communicative. It was just a diagnostic visit, but I now feel confident about their future visit. Kevin wasn't out the door ten minutes when I received a copy of my invoice as well as the estimates for the recommended work in my email. So nice.

Mike was great. Diagnosed the issue and helped me figure out a plan to fix it with his personal opinion. 10/10 would use again.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I have been using L. Butler plumbing for several years now for my home and business. They have been great to work with! Punctual, quality work, have helped us in a pinch several times with emergencies such as hot water heater and sump pump going up . Highly recommend for your home or business!

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
