Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. They fixed the problem for us at a fair price and even offered us advice so the problem wouldn't occur again. I will absolutely be using ACE plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. Victor was kind but misleading. He arrived at 12:30pm and quoted me $1,183 to replace an ice box connection behind the refrigerator. I was shocked with the price. Thinking more costly repairs require more time my next question/comment was to ask how long would the repair take? I explained that I had to leave at 1:40pm to take my son to baseball. Victor replied that he would need to get the piece and return to install. He said the job would take 4 hours. I said okay and he went and returned with the part at 1:38pm. I left to take my son and returned at 2:20pm and Victor was sitting in his van. I spoke to him and he said the job was already done! My first thought was a $30 part that took 35 minutes to replace should not cost $1,183!
