Best Home Maintenance in Baltimore MD

Like many over this past Christmas weekend. We had a busted water pipe due to the cold weather. I placed a call and with in minutes spoke with Ty and set up a time to get my pipe repaired and water back in our home. The response time(less than 24 hrs), honesty, and professionalism was top notch. I’ve finally found a plumber I can trust! Wish I’d of found this company years ago. They showed up as promised, on time and got the job done!

After another plumber cancelled last minute for a separated sink pipe (pic attached), Len the Plumber had a tech available. Tech James Anderson was professional, explained what was wrong and how he was going to correct it and had it fixed quickly. He double checked the leak was solved before leaving, as it separated after a large volume of water was in the sink from washing out a bucket - that was too much for a slow leak that had been happening for two weeks (original sink installer was delaying coming out to fix it). All fixed and very happy with James.

I had a great experience using Stephen J Tant Plumbing. I ordered an external refrigerator filter because our refrigerator is older and the internal filter is no longer made. We needed help installing the new filter since we had a hard line from the fridge to the sink. They were responsive, on time, knowledgeable, fast, and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give this company and David, the plumber that came out to install my water heater, 10 stars I would. These days it’s hard to find good/great customer service, and from start to finish this was a wonderful experience, given I had to replace my water heater, on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, sympathized with my emergency. They arrived at my home in a matter of a few hours, and finished the job in an efficient way. David explained everything, did not leave a mess behind. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation more than tolerable.!

An absolutely horrid company. First they gave a 4 hour window, waited till it was halfway in, and canceled. Then they asked if it would be ok to come out between and 8 and 10pm. 6 weeks later they replaced my faucet with cheap ill fitting parts to save some money, and it still doesn’t work. They also stole the old parts to sell for scrap. Don’t give these clowns a penny. Their own tech tried to replace the faucet with an identical one, but their management made him pick cheaper stuff to save money. Absolutely unethical buffoons.

Chris was early, listened to my issues and fixed the plumbing problem on my sump pump to my satisfaction. He did a great job!

My experience with Metcalf was simple from the start.
They were professional, on-time, and handled my broken main water valve quickly. They kept me informed along the way and made sure everything was clean when they left.

Great work, fast service, experienced and knowledgable team. I first worked with Fitz Mechanical 8 years ago when we installed a new boiler in our home. We called several companies and Fitz had the best pricing. I've since worked with them many times over the years for various HVAC and plumbing services, they've always been fast, reliable and done a quality job.

We woke up to find a water heater leaking in the basement. I called Called Wes who was responsive immediately. He had me text him some pictures of the situation and determined we needed a new water heater. He arrived about 1.5 hours later and installed a new water heater and removed the old water heater. The job was complete in just a little over 1 hour. Wes was professional and got the job done! I highly recommend using his services.

Shawn was absolutely fantastic. I really appreciated that he had a fresh pair of shoe covers instead of re-using covers from other people's houses, and he was meticulous about removing them and putting them back on as he went in and out of the house. He was also very detail-oriented and pointed out some issues that I (and other technicians) had never noticed before, and he gave me some suggestions to improve my system. He also replaced my capacitor quickly and gave extra attention to the inside of the exterior units. I hope he's able to service my units when it's time to do the fall maintenance!
