Best Home Maintenance in Baltimore MD

We have been using this company for 6 years now. From water heater replacement, pipe relocations and plumbing leaks. I always get a quick response and they are out usually that day.

When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

I have used Len the Plumber twice in the past 3 months. The first time for a water heater at another property. My technician today was Shawn Gover. I didn't want to wait a week and a half for another company to come out and unclog my toilet. The service was handled the same day. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 7/20/23. My Air conditioning went up on me on one of the hottest days. I didn't waste any time calling Len the Plumber. I knew they would be right out. There were parts that had to be replaced, but my technician Josh Boutchyard was prompt , personable and explained everything to me. He even went back to his office to check on part for me. He came the next day and fixed my system. Very satisfied with the service.

Efram was excellent. Two other people had tried to address the plumbing issue with my shower. He was able to diagnose, explain and resolve the problem. The plumbing issue was very involved. Efram had an immediate handle of what the problem was and efficiently resolve it. He was also friendly, polite and explained exactly what needed to be done. Very nice and very helpful. Asked me to text pics of leaking water heater and came on time same day prepared to replace. Very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and price was very reasonable. Very pleased with service.

Great service

I found out I had water leaking from my first floor bathroom toilet tank through to my basement. I spent most of Saturday calling different plumbers to hear that no one could come until SundaY through Thursday (!!!). Finally Michael and Sons said they could send someone that night-6PM to midnight. The plumber came, identified the problem and replaced the toilet. He asked if I wanted their restoration team to come out and I said yes. They came at 8 the next morning and assessed the damage and helped me start my claim with my insurance company. Monday morning Breana and Chris came out to start repairing the floor and subfloor. At first they thought they would have to replace it, but then thought they could tent the floor with heaters and dehumidifiers. She came back the next day and said it was drying well. They came back 5 days later and everything was dry, and anti-mold application had been placed. Very prompt, professional and explained each step.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Called on a Saturday morning for a broken sump pump. Wes picked up the new part and was over to our house within an hour or so to replace. Professional, fast, and good work.

I appreciated the salesman’s/consultant’s product knowledge and ability to explain so well. I ended up purchasing a new furnace. Not cheap! However I don’t tend to go with the cheapest items for my home. I was very impressed by the installation team’s attention to detail and craftsmanship. I wish i had taken a before and after pic of system thats how different it looks! They also cleaned up very well. I am very pleased with Horizon

I woke up two mornings ago with pinhole leaks coming from our basement pipes. We have a toddler and no water… not a great combo. Jeffrey from Lee Brothers came early in the morning (only waited one hour unlike other places that were quoting me afternoon window blocks). Jeffrey stayed ALL DAY until 5:45, waited until the glue and everything dried before he left. He wanted to make sure the job was done CORRECTLY and adequately which is something I feel like the world is missing these days. Our pipes gave him a run for his money.. (very brittle) but he got the job done and I feel confident in his work. Mat was amazing to work with and was actually a human on the other line, not just a corporate “scheduler” needless to say, 10/10 recommend, will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

The people who work for Catons Plumbing are wonderful. I had a sewer backup in my basement bathroom. I discovered this at 3 pm. Within 1 hour of my call, a manager arrived at my home. After she assessed the situation she called the office. Within the hour a plumber was at the house to clear the line and then a clean up crew arrived. Another person arrived to run a camera through the drain to see where the break was. Even though it was 9 pm, the camera guy took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was keeping him from getting home. The next morning (less then 24 hours after the sewer break was discovered) another team arrived to repair the line outside of my house. Everyone was supportive and took time to answer questions. After the work was completed for the day the space was cleaned up as if nothing had happened. It took 3 days to completely clean the basement and the clean up crew removed damaged furniture, appliances, clothing etc. The first night they worked until 10:30 pm. Catons made a horrible, stressful situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Catons Plumbing and will continue to use them for any other plumbing needs that may arise. This company is fabulous!!
