The technician Joe was great. He came in assessed the problem and explained everything in a clear understandable way. The area was neat and cleaned once he finished.

The plumber knew how to replace the broken pipe, did the work correctly, and explained the process. He also attached a new water faucet. He took the old pipe with him. (Perhaps, I should have asked to keep the old pipe because copper is expensive and maybe it could be used again.)

I contacted Stokes plumbing for a burst pipe in my home. They came out immediately and serviced my home.The company was fast, professional, and efficient. I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Friendly, prompt, professional. I couldn't be happier. I called one of the bigger companies that couldn't come over for a week, but when I contacted LJ Butler, they sent someone right away to inspect the problem. After I returned from Home Depot where I bought the new device, the man returned to complete the job - all in one day and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company. A+

This is absolute trash of a company. Came an hour and some change outside of their appointment time and didn’t bring a ladder for an attic project (!) so they’re coming back tomorrow. What a joke. Avoid. Avoid.

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met. I wouldn't hesitate to call Supreme again.

I have been a homeowner for 30 years and have hired many service companies . I would say that BMC is awesome. They were friendly, prompt and did everything they said they would do. No negative surprises. The tech was very friendly and experienced. He saved me thousands of dollars by being honest and trustworthy . I hired BMC to get a second opinion and am glad I did. Our installers were Joe and Diamond. They did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. It only took about an hour. Customer service was superb!! I would highly recommend their business. They cleaned up and left the area in good condition, removing all trash. We will be happy to use them again.
