Best Heating System Maintenance in Baltimore MD

5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

My service guy, Zach H. had to be the best of 'em. He could of stayed for dinner, I wouldn't a cared. He was sooo smart, really knowledgeable about what was going on with my system and knew exactly how to repair it. Made diagnosing the problem so interesting to talk about. Don’t use Michael and Sons. Don’t. Save yourself the headache. I have no idea how they have such good reviews. They have poor organization, communication, and lack professionalism. Work was left unfinished in my house that took a whole year to be resolved. (They left a meter dangling precariously from our electrical box). I tried to get another company to fix it because it took so long for M&S to get back to us. Unfortunately M&S held the contract so no other company would come near it. They left us in a hazardous situation and did nothing about it. They forget about you and they don’t care once they get your $$$. STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. The technician was professional and got our leak repaired at a reasonable price.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I had an emergency and this company was amazing. First and foremost, I called them on a Sunday and I was glad it didn't go to voicemail. The gentleman was transparent from the beginning, both about his availability and the price range so I knew what's the most it could cost. It took hours to clear my situation and he was very professional, patient, got the job done, and most importantly, sticked to the price range. I cannot stress this enough because it is very important for me to know the upper range of costs when it comes to this kind of work. Imagine you call people to fix something, they keep adding it up and you end up selling the house to pay if off. Haha this is what I fear. Just like Michael Raynor, I used them through American Home Shield. They came out and said they needed standard toilet tank parts and would be back in a week. Two weeks later, I had to call and they gave me an 8 -12 window. When no one arrived by noon, they told me that 8-12 was the window that the technician would be leaving his last location. WHAT?? That is not what they told me and that is not how it works. A technician will be at your home between 8 and noon, means just that. Find someone else.

Serviced our furnace for winter. Technicians were courteous, efficient, thorough and explained what they did and the result of the service. We were impressed and signed up for yearly service for both the furnace and air conditioning systems. Tom K

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met. I wouldn't hesitate to call Supreme again.

On Friday, June 10th, after waiting 4 days for another service provider who was also going on 2 hours late, I called BMC Services. I spoke with Michaela who was courteous and professional. She asked what issue was having and how quickly I needed someone to come out. She made sure I understood their hourly rates and that it did not include parts. I told her I needed someone out today. She asked me to hold briefly while she spoke with the scheduler and confirmed they could have someone to my home within 90 minutes.

I asked about payments they accept and if the technicians could accept those payments on-site. Michaela advised she didn't handle payments but she would check. After another brief hold she advised after service was complete they would call me for payment. BMC Ssrvices arrived to my home within 30 mjns and identified the issue as well as completed the work in less than two hours. Our AC was working like new and they told us tips to keep the system from having future problems. David and Kevin were the technicians and provided excellent service including going above and beyond to clean out the coils on our outdoor AC unit.

Later that afternoon I received a call from Ashley for the payment. I gave her my credit card info and she asked for my email address to send me a copy of the receipt. From start to finish BMC was responsive, friendly, professional and most importantly able to get the job done.

William was very professional and informative of the issue and how to fix it. I will definitely utilize Chesapeake plumbing again when needed.

Nicholas and Justin did a great job removing my 40 yr old water heater, replacing it with a new one, explaining the changes made and calling prior to arrival with an exactly met ETA. I was particularly impressed with the care they showed my historical home with its inconveniently tight doors and corners that likely made their job more difficult.
