We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

The service I received was superb. The motor to my sump pump was failing and I had a clogged kitchen sink. Rohan( the tech) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and did what needed to be done in an reasonable amount of time.

Very pleased with Israel’s knowledge and his persistence in finding a solution that didn’t involve going through a wall! Also pleased with the company’s flexibility in scheduling and getting him to my job quickly.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Called All Nite Sewer for a backed up main line. Called after hours and left a message. Received a call back within 5 minutes and they were able to schedule a visit for the next morning.

Kirk arrived on time and was very nice. Showed him both clean outs and he was able to determine that the further clean out needed to be snaked. Immediately started working and had the clog cleaned within an hour. They put all the hoses back to where they belonged and cleaned up the yard where they were working. I asked several questions throughout the process and he answered them with no hesitation.

Would suggest then to anyone in the Rosedale/Middle River/ Essex area. They were very affordable and did an amazing job.

The two man crew who came out as an emergency call just after 10:00.p.m. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and speedy. They were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and replace the wax seal on my toilet so everything was back to normal in less than an hour. I don't think I could have expected better service.

This has been the second time I used Horizon Services. Our technician, Shawn, arrived during the window, diagnosed our issues, and made the repairs all very quickly. As a novice engineer, Shawn continuously answered my badgering questions while performing diagnostics. I learned a lot about my system, and a lot about a wonderful veteran of the US Navy.

I never had to second guest if I was beening over charged. Never had to worry about what had to be repaired. His word is trustworthy.

Difficult to contact.

Called after my sump pump suddenly started making loud noises. Spiro came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within minutes, then performed a test to ensure it was working properly. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged me 10x what he did, but only charged me for the visit. I appreciate the honesty and will only use Empire going forward. Thank you!

From the moment Karen answered my initial call, I knew I made the right choice. She kept me informed on arrival times. Robert and Chris arrived to assess my hot water heater even earlier than expected.I was impressed when they first reached out to the manufacturer to check the age, possible warranty, and troubleshooting.
