Ace Plumbing was part of a team that did our Kitchen remodel. Kevin installed the gas line for the stove (prior elec) and did the kitchen plumbing. - We were impressed with the work done and asked him back to replace an aging drain and sewer line. Even more impressed - all the work is efficient, clean, and functional, highly recommended

They assessed the problem and then got right to it and cleaned out the clog. They where very polite the entire time and cleaned everything up after they where done.

I was told by technician that there was no charge work under warranty. Never got an invoice. Then the next day when I called to get my invoice to my surprise I had a balance of over $300.00. when I called to complain I was even told by receptionist that there should be no charge then she changed her mind and said it did not include laborDid is not right!!! Will escalate this issue

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

This company is the best! My experience started with the owner (Les Metcalf) coming out personally to give me a full explanation of the work he could perform. Followed by their awesome office staff person (Danielle) contacting me to provide the quote and schedule the best day for them to perform the work. On the morning they did the work, I received a text message stating the project manager was in route to my home and his photo was included for security and identification. He showed up at the agreed upon time, and reviewed the work I discussed to be performed with the owner. The crew arrived next and within 4 hours they were done and my water was restored. Everyone was professional, efficient and had great attitudes! I’d select Metcalf Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs in my home.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Solid service that was prompt and the job was very well done. The hot water heater was replaced in about 90 minutes and works great. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met. I wouldn't hesitate to call Supreme again.

The first time we used Stilwell Plumbinging they were great. They really help us out. This time however it was the total opposite. We now have been without hot water for over a week. The plumber was supposed to come out between 2 and 6 PM. At 6:45 pm I was out playing with my kids in the back yard when the plumber walks up to my fence and asks me why I didn't answer the front door. He never called to say he was running late never apologized for being late but was annoyed that I didn't answer the front door when he finally showed up.

I showed him the proble and he took a few pictures and said he needed to order a part. I asked how long that would take and he said they would have it the next day.

The next day my wife and I called a total of six times to try and see if the part had come in and to schedule a time for them to come out. Calling six times may seem excessive but everytime we called we literally got a different reason why the part was not in yet. The final time I called the woman told me they were having trouble finding the part we needed. She said it was hard to find parts for a tankless water heater. That took me back because I dont have a tankless water heater. To told her this and then she said oh right we ordered your part this morning and they dont have same day delivery. When I asked why we were told, by the plumber, that the part would have been in the next day she told me they shouldn't have said that. I also asked her why she didn't tell my wife or me this earlier today. She said she had gotten our claim mixed up with another claim.

I'm not a business man in any shape or form and I understand that businesses have bad days but reading the other reviews there seems to be common trends with the lower ratings.

I had my annual AC tune-up yesterday and two technicians, Josh and Michael, arrived on time. They were both personable and showed respect for my home and the current COVID 19 situation. Their work was thorough and quality. I would have either of them back for future work. Thank you Josh!
