Turning water on for home inspection.

Only cold water was coming out the faucet. I thought it was the hot water heater. After troubleshooting everything, the technician Adam, said it was the sump pump.

He addressed my other questions and tested all of the faucets to make sure I was happy with everything. Furnace and AC check up. DJ was polite and replaced a part in the a.c. so the a.c. system should be set to go. D.J also changed the filter in the furnace as they usually do as long as you have the filter.
