Best Heaters Installations in Baltimore MD

I’ve used Catons Plumbing and Drain for many plumbing issues over the years. I bought a house that was flipped and naturally it has come with serious issues. Bruce Jordon was my plumber this time for a plumbing leak and a new water heater. The plumbing leak came as no shock because the pipes were put on wrong and covered up. The leak could have been happening for years and finally it caused enough damage on my wall for me to notice . Bruce did an amazing job fixing the flippers mistakes, making sure everything was up to code, and more importantly making sure I understand what the issue was. He also did an amazing job cutting the drywall. I’ve had plumbers in the past that just knock a big hole to get to the leak and he cut a perfect rectangle. The water heater he came back to replace and that too was no easy task. He had to unhook my HVAC piping and squeeze through a tiny entrance to get to the 30+ yr old water heater. I’m very impressed with his work.

I would recommend Catons. They tend to be on the higher end of price, but you are getting good quality and great customer service.

Wes Butler was able to come out and do the repair the same day I called, which was nice. He cleaned out the trap under the kitchen sink, put it back together, and reinforced the seal. We've relied on L.J. Butler for years and appreciate that they're knowledgeable, responsive, do quality work, and share some helpful tips.

I had Mike replace the plastic valves on my home water system. They noticed my pressure was low and suggested a fix. There was an issue that caused a leak but they returned the day after my call and fixed it at no additional charge. Problems happen but Mike 's stands behind their work with honor and integrity. Catons was prompt, polite, considerate, professional, and above all competent. Our hot water was out, and our water heater was replaced within the day. Their price was even ~600 below what another Baltimore company quoted us for the same work.

Sam came to our house as planned. He found the problem/leak.
And then dropped the ball. Said he would talk to his boss for an estimate. No response We called to get pictures and video, which they sent. But that was it. We had to call Len the Plumber for satisfaction. Len is competent ,but not cheap
