Ty is a great family man who loves his craft. He offers fast service and quick fixes the way most proud owners that run a company would. There are many reputable plumbing companies in the Baltimore Area, but few run by Master Plumbers that are willing to get their own hands dirty. Great rates and fast service, what more can you ask for?

Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. They fixed the problem for us at a fair price and even offered us advice so the problem wouldn't occur again. I will absolutely be using ACE plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. We had our air conditioner replaced today. Chris and Rhaja were great! They were very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they replaced our AC unit in under 4 hours! The company sent out a technician same day when we noticed our air not working. His name was Ryan and he was super polite and knowledgeable. John, who we met with to figure out what new air conditioner system to purchase, was also super kind and seemed to have our best interest at heart. All of these guys were wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend Len the Plumber Heating and Air enough. Thank you so much!!

Just wanted to say that James and Jimmy were excellent! They were courteous, quiet and efficient and walked me through they did at the end. Our furnace room looks much better and more professional now as a result. I hope those guys are my technicians the next time I need plumbing work, too. Thanks

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mike is the North Central Baltimore resident Plumber. He is my go to when I’m in a pinch and also for any extensive plumbing work, e.g. roughing in kitchen and bathroom pipes, and he’s even happy to work with period applications like the installation of our early 1900s cast iron sink with original plumbing valves.

He’s a master at his trade, and willing to tackle some of the most obscure plumbing scenarios, which is often encountered in turn of the century Baltimore row homes. Additionally, he is a fantastic communicator and very responsive and realistic with his schedule. If you’re in Charles Village, Hampden, Waverly or other North Central neighborhood, he’s your guy.

Very friendly and quick to respond. Explained what the issue was, how he would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Was very knowledgeable and took time to really show me what the problem was. I will definitely call him again for any future repairs.

If I could do worse than 1 star, I would. Twice they have been to my house, won't do their job, didn't keep the second appt on time, lied to me about my warranty company not covering faucets, lied about the work they did. Very unqualified and unprofessional. Run as fast as you can. Luckily, I am being assigned someone else. Worse still, they have terrible customer service

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
