If I could give this company and David, the plumber that came out to install my water heater, 10 stars I would. These days it’s hard to find good/great customer service, and from start to finish this was a wonderful experience, given I had to replace my water heater, on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, sympathized with my emergency. They arrived at my home in a matter of a few hours, and finished the job in an efficient way. David explained everything, did not leave a mess behind. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation more than tolerable.!

Chris did a great job replacing a leaky valve under my kitchen sink and in advising me about next steps with regard to my 27 year old dishwasher. He also did a great job replacing the insides of a leaky toilet bowl. He was ontime, knowledgable and friendly.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

I know that the Butler Plumbing Company has been around for many many years Started By My father Lionel Butler and his brother Brice Butler. They have been very well recommended and have been a family owned and operated business. When my father retired the 5 brothers took over the business. Thomas and Jeff started a Butler Plumbing in Florida when they relocated. David Butler retired.The company today is still that way with two of My Brothers running it Lonnie and Mark Butler. I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.
