Mike and Allen performed a hot water heater flush and installed a PVC drain pipe from the pan underneath the hot water heater into a floor drain I already had in the basement. Now if the heater were to leak, the water will drain into the floor drain versus the basement floor. Mike has worked on several plumbing projects for me. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of his work. Mike pays close attention to details and takes pride in accomplishing a job that both the customer and himself are satisfied with before leaving the job site. My hot water pressure dropped to a trickle on a Saturday evening and Wes Butler was at my house the next morning. These guys are super responsive, timely and most importantly transparent about pricing. Which was more than fair. I would recommend LJ Butler plumbing to all. 5 stars IMO.

We had an unexpected leak coming from above, when no water was running in upstairs bathroom the night prior to a scheduled home inspection. Abbott Brothers worked with me to get a plumber to my house 1st thing thing in the morning.

The plumbers were courteous, respectful of my property and quickly assessed the issue.

They were able to retrieve a part to replace the defective one causing the issue at a fraction of the cost had the whole system needed replacing.

They fixed the issue, tested for leaks all before the lunch hour.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.
