Called Ace Plumbing to fix a leak originating in upstairs bathroom. They were on time with call prior to visit, courteous, clean and efficient. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

They squeezed fixing my garbage disposal in between some other jobs just a couple hours after I called them! They were very friendly and polite and fixed my problem immediately. I will be calling them again with other plumbing work.

My daughter's AC unit quit cooling. Her unit is on the roof of a 3 story rowhome in Baltimore. The Tech was great! He found the problem on the unit and fixed it. Apparently, the night it quit, she either had a low or high voltage surge causing a wire to burn up. We asked if they had the surge protection system and he had the equipment on his truck. He installed it and went over and checked everything associated to her system! Great job by Omar! Very professional and knowledgeable! She actually set up a service contract with this company now. This is the 2nd time they have repaired her unit. This way we know it will be serviced and ready for each season change!

I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night. Stopped the leak and returned the next morning to replace the piping. He was very prompt and professional even in the wee hours of the night. I highly recommend

Called Metcalf because we had an issue with our sump pump drain not draining to the curb. It caused flooding with some rain earlier in the week. When I called Metcalf, after learning we were expecting more rain, they immediately came out to get it fixed before the rain came. Mike and Allen were very professional, and spent extra time after clearing the clog to make sure the water was running clear to ensure all blockages or potential blockages were gone. Highly recommend this company and these technicians. Great experience and a fair price.

Shawn did a great job of diagnosing the issue with the gas furnace and fixing it same day. They had the parts in stock same day. The other company could not figure out how to fix the gas furnance, but Shawn at Horizon did. Professionalism all around. The horizon prices might be higher than the competitors but the service is top notch. You get what you pay for. Very satisfied!
