This was our first time actually having Michael & Sounds come out. We previously had them scheduled to come for a water meter leak that we had and they called us before hand to ask if we could take some pictures of the issue. It turned out that we needed the county to do the fix. We really appreciated that they were protective and saved us the visit fee for something they weren't sure they could do. After that experience, we knew if we had plumbing issues down the road we would be calling them.Last night we discovered that we had a leak in a pipe connected to our water heater and at the same time our kitchen faucet started leaking. We called and we're able to get an appt next day. Josh was our technician and was not only extremely professional but was able to come early due to a cancellation. He fixed the water heater pipe and also replaced a valve going to our outside spicket. I had mostly fixed the sink faucet myself but he have some tips to finish the job. Josh was really knowledgeable, did great work, the price was fair, and we will definitely be calling Michael & Son's for any future work needed.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

They were hired to repair a water main leak prior to me moving in my house. About 8 months later I had a fountain coming out of my lawn again. I demanded they come back and fix it the correct way. I told them I was not going to pay them to fix what they were already paid to fix the first time (they claim it was a different spot, but it was not because I have pictures). Now fast forward 7 months and my lawn is a swimming pool AGAIN.

The guys who came to actually complete the job were really nice and definitely hard workers. I’m sure they may do a good job on other projects as their reviews state, but I won’t be calling them again to fix a water main.

Technician literally listened to what the problem was and told me I didn't need a tech, I needed a sales person to install new ducts. He was here for 10 minutes and never took out a tool and the company charged me $199.

Dave is the best at what he does! He is honest and always shows up on time. I recommend him 1000%.

One of my children threw a toy in the toilet and we couldn't get it out. I called up Alpha Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Bob Taylor called me the morning of and verified our appointment. He showed up on time and got right to work. He ended up needing to take the entire toilet off to get this toy, but he worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with his work and my toilet finally works again! The one and only complaint I have is that he wasn't wearing a mask and was coughing in my house, so I was a little concerned. I have 5 young kids that are unvaccinated and I'm trying to keep them safe. If he felt comfortable enough to come into my house maskless, I can only assume he goes into other houses like that. With there still being a pandemic, this is very concerning. I'm hoping that the company will put protocols in place to make sure their staff is still wearing masks, especially in someone else's house. Other than that, it was very good service!

SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
