Job #2 - Bathroom Remodel
Quickly responded and coordinated with our Contractor on all shower plumbing and replacement of cast iron pipes to PVC in our Bathroom. Ty's workmanship was very neat and we will definitely contact him for future plumbing needs and we have already recommended Ty to friends.

We used Ace Plumbing for our kitchen remodel. Kevin Bahr was our plumbing tech and he was wonderful. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He was able to answer all of our questions we had.

We woke up to find a water heater leaking in the basement. I called Called Wes who was responsive immediately. He had me text him some pictures of the situation and determined we needed a new water heater. He arrived about 1.5 hours later and installed a new water heater and removed the old water heater. The job was complete in just a little over 1 hour. Wes was professional and got the job done! I highly recommend using his services.

Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.

My hot water tank was leaking. I called them. Mike is the best. He is knowledgeable and very professional. His team was wonderful. Mynor was awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure that we as a customer are happy. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

We used this company in the sense we tried to have our water heater assessed replaced. We attempted to use this business as part of a homedepot warranty claim where we pay them for their services doing what they do and submit to HomeDepot. We were without water for a week at this point. Left a message with them 48 hrs earlier. no reply. no call back. Finally reached out to them again on 12/31/22. Completely willing and able to pay them for their services and finally have a hot shower again. Woman who answered the call was excessively rude and unprofessional. No customer service what so ever just a complete denial of service all together and complained about it being a holiday weekend. Mind you, we had reached out to them 48hrs prior.
I work in service and when a customer calls you with a problem you come at them with what you can do not what you cant. More times that not the customer doesn't have the knowledge or understanding of the process and that is where you guide them not fight them at every statement. We were calling them based on our instructions from Homedepot and Allstate who backs the warranty. That is all the info we had and DW was the contact that was provided.
