July ‘23 - Very friendly, professional, and they have an impeccable reputation, but you pay for the quality. They are expensive, but they get the job done right the first time.8/1/23 - I had the need for a capable A/C repairman this month. I decided to use LEN the plumber for Heating and Air as I had signed up for their membership program on my last call trying to save some money. The tech, John Frazier was an absolutely great guy and clearly a master at his craft. He had us fixed right up extremely quickly (about 2.5 hours or so). He was friendly and very communicative. He explained what was going on as he worked, and gave me his direct line in case I needed to reach him. But I just can’t give a five star review because these prices are just outrageous. He tried to work with me to keep the price reasonable, but the total cost out-of-pocket for the (admittedly great) work, leaves me desperately looking for another company. Even if the service isn’t as good, at least maybe somewhere else, 3 hours work won’t cost me an entire paycheck.

Our A/C wasnt cooling , SJT Plumbing was recommend by a lot of people in our community. We called they came the next day and fixed it for us. Thank you so much !!!

They squeezed fixing my garbage disposal in between some other jobs just a couple hours after I called them! They were very friendly and polite and fixed my problem immediately. I will be calling them again with other plumbing work.

The text included a picture of the tech to expect, which is great with scammers today.Keith was super friendly and helpful. Excellent plumber. Had Metcalf add rough-in plumbing for basement bathroom and bar. Everyone was professional, did high quality work, and showed up when they said they would. Would definitely recommend and will return for any future plumbing work.

Dan came out on short notice and fixed a nasty, snake-resistant clog that had my home's wastewater backing up into a tub. Plumbers aren't cheap but Dan knocked off a large chunk of the bill because it wasn't a time consuming job.

Staying local made sure that I was taken care of once again. Called on a Thursday and they had someone out by 8am on Friday. Al did a phenomenal job! I explained the issues, he gave me 4 different solution options with pricing, answered all my questions, kept everything clean and sanitary, and was so kind. Job was completed same day and was reasonably priced. As a single female I didn't feel like I was manipulated for extra services or overpriced, I was treated with complete respect. I'll certainly use them again!

Wow, what a horrible experience so far.. Between the poor quality of work, damaging my subfloor which caused the bathroom tiles to collapse, dropping wood and cast iron in my drain which caused a severe backup and the lack of caring or concerns for my issues ive decided to sue michael soper and abbott brothers plumbing. Ive posted pictures of the collapse tiles in my bathroom, the sewer clog and what i found in the drain, and my toilet paper holder after his employees broke it. I also posted pictures of the three guys who did the work. A company is only as good as its employees and these guys really are the worst.

Price was lower than others. Work done on time with no BS
