I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. Sawma, was one the most genuine and honest repair men I have ever come across. We were in an emergency situation last night and were in a panic to find a company to come help us before our entire basement was destroyed from a leak. Every company was either unavailable and/or wanted to charge us an “emergency rate,” which included a $400 rate just to come out AND a 2x price increase for all services preformed.

Sawma didn’t charge those ridiculous amounts, came within the hour, educated me on how to fix problems in my house, and performed the job perfectly.

I had them come out twice within two days for two different things. They were responsive and communicated well when booking and getting to my home. I’m not a fan of the dispatch price, especially for the first guy, who charged $89 to put a piece of tape in the HVAC pipe. I ended up getting their gold plan so that I would have to pay $89 for the take. The second guy was way more informative and deserves a 5/5. His name was Adam White. He did great. It’s not the worker’s fault that the policy is that way to charge for so Pat h (they also tell you ahead of time). I’d only go with them again if I KNOW to fix could be huge, otherwise I’d rather use thumbtack to search for repair people. Overall, not a bad experience, just expensive.

We contacted Metcalf to install a new hot water heater and sump pump for our new home. We worked with Mike and Allen. They were highly professional, courteous, on time and pleasant to work with. They took precautions to wear masks and took great care while working in our home. The install of our new water heater and sump went great and we are very pleased with their work. We would highly recommend them!!

Service was professional and on time. Technician performed work as quoted and identified other issues on the old piping. He quickly fixed the original leaks and the newly identified spots for the original quoted price. Extremely happy with service and professionalism. I will definitely use them in the future! Only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they could not provide service same day as advertised. They set up the appointment for the following day and were on time and called to let me know the technician was on his way.

Abbott Brothers are true professionals at what they do. The young men arrived on time to replace our Bradford White water heater. They also replaced and rerouted vent pipes that were out of code. Both jobs were done with care and outstanding workmanship. They completed the work in 2 hours flat and left the area spotless. Their price quote was by far the lowest of five other plumbing companies that we checked in the area. If you need any plumbing work done, I can’t encourage you enough to give them a call.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time.
