I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

Had 2 outside hose faucets and one under sink shut off valve replaced since they were 36 years old and needed replacing.
David and John were at my neighbors fixing her toilet when I asked them if they come over and work for me right away. They gave me an estimate and called in to see if they did not have another job right away, which they did not. Both were friendly and very polite. David was teaching the business to John. My Technician Adam was awesome great customer service he was polite and professional . He explained everything to me in detail. He advised what follow up steps I needed to make sure there is no mold after a leak. He contacted the restoration department for me and set up a same day appointment. He was efficient and took little time to make the repairs. He wore booties which is a requirement for me. I really appreciate that Michael and sons sends you a photo of the Technician and a write up that is excellent customer service. I would recommend Michel and Sons and Adam is the best. The arrival was also spot on and he called to say he was on his way.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

Professional and accommodating. Im impressed that he still came even though the weather was treacherous (very high winds) and dark! John C. went above and beyond helping me. He cleaned out the main drain line and made the mess in the restroom look like there was never an issue! Talk about Paragon customer service and workmanship! The staff on the phone was super helpful, friendly but very professional. Will use Stillwell for all my plumbing needs.
