I had an amazing experience with Len the Plumber.From my first call with Tony, who had someone at my house by the next morning, to the installation by Aaron and Rebecca, the entire process went smoothly.I received a text letting me know they were on their way, and 30 minutes later they were at my door. Aaron was courteous and knowledgeable in discussing my problem and the pros and cons of either a repair or a new installation. As my unit was 11 years old, I opted for new installation.They were careful in protecting my floors & in keeping the work area clean — they left the job site in pristine condition with everything back in place.Their workmanship was superb — (Rebecca’s welds are incredible). Aaron patiently answered all my questions & explained all the components.Best of all, I now have hot water & a beautiful new hot water heater!This team is a credit to your organization.I would certainly recommend Len the Plumber for a job well done.

You can’t imagine what it’s like to wake up and have sewage covering your entire basement. We called a restoration cO and recommended Van Plumbing what a great decision he was incredible at everything we needed to have fixed This gentleman was good at every plumbing need and we needed everything he put in our new hot water tank all updated pipes our house is 50 years old we needed everything updated because it was sewage we had to replace subpump hot water tank he made a new design so it no longer sat on the floor we could clean under the tank. His pipe work was beautiful he had to put all and I do mean all new pipes. He was here when he said he would be here he was the quickest worker he never stopped. There are not enough words to say he took outdated subpump brought it up to 2023 with back ups pump a beeper that now goes off if the pump stops working. We are so up to date and protected with backup everything. He is a good man a hard worker he never stopped. It’s like God sent us an Angel do not hesitate to use theGentlemen he’s incredible.

Had pipe leaking into a wall over a vent. Called for emergency service. Leak was hard to get to but David did a great job and explained everything. Very professional and I would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin again (but I'm hoping not to need to).

On a Friday, about noon, I discovered our sewer line was clogged. I was able to get an appointment with Michael & Son for late that afternoon. Sherman arrived about 4:30, and by 6:30pm everything was working again, and the bathroom was left in good condition. Very professional, swift, and prompt. I recommend Michael & Son!
