I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

There were tree roots digging into my water line - I hired Roto-Rooter to snake the line for me. Nothing worse than finding your pipes are clogged when you have company over for the holidays! RR sent one of their best, who worked diligently. Now I am ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving AND Christmas.

Giving this service two stars for the very helpful customer service representative, the promptness of the response, and a completed service. The other three stars have been left off for the following:The two plumbers who were sent to my property were difficult to work with. While I understand Saturday morning is not a time anyone wants to be at work, this is an emergency plumbing service and there's no reason to be grumpy because I need help.The two plumbers who unclogged my drain were intentionally dishonest about the issue. They tried to convince me that the exterior wastewater line had a hole that needed immediate and extensive repair. They used a camera to show a hole in the pipe and claimed we would need to excavate our yard and replace the line. The quote was $9000. I was told the house was unlivable and that it needed to be done as soon as possible, BUT not today because its Saturday.They refused to record the camera inspection unless we paid another fee. Luckily, my MIL was able to record the camera footage without them noticing. We showed this footage to another plumber later on.They also claimed I did not have an exterior cleanout access on my property and would not be able to have the county come out to inspect and unclog the drain in the future. This was a lie. It is 4 feet from my basement door and they walked past it to enter my home.After paying a stupid amount of money for the simple unclogging, I got a second opinion on the hole. Another company came in to inspect the line and found NO ISSUE. The hole cited in the first inspection was THE TRANSITION BETWEEN TWO LENGTHS OF PIPE and was supposed to look like that. The second plumbing company assured us that there were no holes and absolutely no reason to do any repair work. Since the initial unclogging, there have been no problems or backups.I'm disappointed in this predatory behavior. It's unfair and scummy to prey on people in a vulnerable situation. I understand that plumbing is skilled labor and can be pricey, but trying to scam people into major repairs that they don't need is gross. Avoid this service unless you've got an understanding of plumbing and can call them on their BS.

Living in a condo building, with multiple units sharing the use of the mainline pipe, its inevitable that the ground-level units require greater plumbing maintenance.

Zack and Joe came to my home on a short notice and were able to get the plumbing job done quick, efficiently and they left my home clean.

I live in Townhome and water was coming in under the walls from in between mine and my neighbors unit. We had to shut off the water for all 6 townhome unit’s (we share a main water shutoff). Today Brian K. called me when he left his previous job to give me an eta. He showed up on time, introduced himself, asked a few questions, and got straight to work. He was able to locate a pinhole leak in the neighbors pipes. He was also nice enough to go into my neighbors unit and mark the wall where the leak is for the plumber. Because Brian was able to locate the leak he was able to turn the water on for the other 5 units without the leak. Brian was a life saver today for 5 families that had gone without water for 3 days! Thank you very much!!

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.
