Best Faucet Repairs in Baltimore MD

Charged over $1000 for 5 hours of work installing a vanity and fixing a shower handle. Dave from RtP was not capable of fixing the hole in the wall he made, properly grouting the new shower handle/head to the wall, or securing the vanity to studs, so had to use another handyman he recommended for that. Other guy pointed out that Dave had installed the wrong kind of piping behind the showerhead, so it could not be properly attached to the wall. Would not recommend.

Aside from the first two times that I had T.L. Plumbing come out to my house (the 1st time for a garbage disposal and the 2nd for our hot water heater) I had been suffering from a water line to my previous two refrigerators that did little more than dribble a supply. It was quite a job just getting to the original tap that was barely delivering the water supply through a pin hole. That section of the water line had to be cut out and replaced along with a new tap to deliver a sufficient amount of water to the fridge. Now after 30 years we have a steady flow of drinking water and plenty of ice cubes. Thanks Ty

Had a wonderful experience with Sanga from Catons! He is very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. After discovering a leak from my water heater, I called Catons. They were able to send someone to look at it in one hour. Sanga quickly assessed the situation, calculated the additional parts required (due to the age of the old heater), and explain the process of getting it replaced. Sanga came back the next day with Ro, a new trainee who was also delightful, and completed the job! I have no complaints. I'll be calling Catons for any future plumbing needs.

Sawma was a real-life saver. I called him at 4:40 pm on a Monday, hoping he had availability the next day but to my surprise, he said he could come in 20 minutes. He did a thorough assessment of the issue and explained the possible causes of the basement half bath toilet overflowing. He gave an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He went above and beyond - even fixing an unforeseen installation flaw. He also checked out another half-bath toilet and explained why it was running intermittently. I can't give a review on their professional services, only on their costs. I recently enquired about clogged sewer and their cost is $750 to use a camera and $445 to unclog the sewer pipes: they are very expensive.

I gave Michael & Sons a call last year to replace my AC unit, and the installation was flawless. Very well job done. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I called them again to replace my Water Heater that went up. Bruce Walker and his helper came out to give me an estimate, talk to me about what they could do, and get me set up for installation, which was scheduled within a day and done efficiently. Their professionalism is one of the best I've ever experienced, with great attitudes, and they always arrived on time, explaining the entire process from start to finish and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with choosing Michael & Sons over the rest.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.
