We had a gas leak and had the gas company come out and found it. They found the leak in an elbow joint where it connects to the water heater and turned the gas off to it. Tyree was notified and he came out to our house in an hour!! His communication was great and kept us updated on his ETA and was very kind and professional! We showed him where the leak was and he did the soap test and found another leak along the pipe as well. He had it repaired in 30 minutes and turned the gas back on to make sure it wasn’t leaking after. I would highly recommend Tyree at T.L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs!!!

I contacted ACE Plumbing for a faucet repair. I texted for help and their responses were swift and exact. Joe provided the customer service. He was very helpful. You can tell through his texts he is professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with reasonable cost and an expectation if additional work was needed. Additional work was required at a reasonable cost.

Jeff provided the customer experience. He updated me on his arrival, he arrived a few minutes early, and started working immediately. It was like he was not even there. He focused on his work. He offered feedback on some minor issues he discovered. I appreciate the feedback because it allows me to be proactive. Workmanship is great!

Quick and neat.

Tiyese Pope was my HVAC technician and was fantastic. Genuinely cared about taking care of the customer and providing 5-star service. Not only that, but was more than willing to allow me to observe and went out of his way to also teach me some of the fundamental concepts of HVAC as he did each step. Tiyese is an excellent technician that made getting HVAC work done not only fun, but also engaging. I will definitely be considering working with Len the Plumber in the future and fully recommend utilizing their services for HVAC and Plumbing mishaps.

Van was very professional all the way from initially looking at the jobs and giving me an estimate for work. He was punctual and had a very good attitude. He is pretty methodical and I found him to be a great trouble shooter and problem solver. He performed his job at a good pace. I was very satisfied with the job and gave him some extra money as I felt he deserved it. I will certainly seek his service again in the future.

Called Micheal and Sons last night for a leak. They were actually early to the appointment. Adam was very professional and did not leave until the job was done. Which ended up being a little more than we thought. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Today I had the pleasure of having Kevin G come to my home to assist me with my hot water heater. He was very informative, very knowledgeable, made sure I understood everything & provided me with options as I move forward. I will definitely be using Horizon again and would recommend them to anyone.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
