So, I've had my fair share of subpar experiences with contracted work over the last 6 months (while prepping my house to be sold). TL Back Plumbing has been the greatest exception to that rule. Ty has not only become my only choice in plumbing, but has now become my families primary plumber as well. His work is superb, and his demeanor is a testament to the true meaning of Customer Service. He was adamant about explaining the plumbing details and genuinely tries to provide the most cost effective experience...without skimping on craftsmanship. They assessed the problem and then got right to it and cleaned out the clog. They where very polite the entire time and cleaned everything up after they where done.

we called to have some work done on a gas supply line and I had the pleasure of working with a young lady by the name of April. Connor was very professional, inquired about my concern with the furnace, asked questions to determine what the problem could be. He stated multiple reasons why the futnace may not be functioning properly and explained them to me in a consumer terminology, which I appreciated. My heat was broken and it was cold they came out fixed my heating unit didn’t charge me that much and I think I’m going to use them to do my air before summer starts

I very highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing system needs - repair they know their craft. They diagnose exactly what the issue was no guessing. Laid out the plan to me how they would fix the issue. 30 years in the business was shown to us by the work that was done. after completion the work area was clean in the home and outside. Same when they came into the house to clear the drain. When they put in the new sewer pipe they put in two links so if they needed to come back they could clear the line to the city or from the house all included in the price which was fair. Thank you again for the excellent work in my home and outside pipe replacement drainage.

I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

I am very pleased with the work I had done by Catons Plumbing (Catonsville location -- 801 Geipe Road). The drains in the sink and tub in our upstairs bathroom had not been draining properly for months. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment, and Vickie was able to fit me in on Friday of the same week. She was very pleasant and helpful. The dispatcher, Chris, called me on Friday morning as promised to tell me when the technician was on his way. Bruce arrived on time and was very nice. He was able to identify the problem and fix it within a few hours. He even did something extra that I had not requested on the initial service call. The price was a little more than I expected, but I am thrilled that our drains are running smooth and clear again. Thank you Catons for a job well done!
