Best Electric Water Heater in Baltimore MD

Messaged them online at 930am and they were here at 1015! Crazy fast!! Fixed the problem and walked me through what the problem was. Would totally reccomend

Sawma was a real-life saver. I called him at 4:40 pm on a Monday, hoping he had availability the next day but to my surprise, he said he could come in 20 minutes. He did a thorough assessment of the issue and explained the possible causes of the basement half bath toilet overflowing. He gave an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He went above and beyond - even fixing an unforeseen installation flaw. He also checked out another half-bath toilet and explained why it was running intermittently. Sawma was professional, thorough, and respectful of our property. We are very grateful for his help and recommend everyone use him!

A tech came to my house and fixed the problem by replacing the capacitor. Upon leaving he said that all of the pressure and chemical levels were good and that everything was running smoothly. Less than 24 hours later my A/C unit stopped working completely. A new tech came to my house and told me that my compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. I am not saying the first tech broke the compressor, but it is very odd that he said everything was working fine and then less than a day later it was broken. Very disappointed.

Mike and his guys were great! They got us in the schedule quick and did a great job rerouting the kitchen drainage and capping off the old, corroded pipe. I’ve found my new plumber.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

We use these guys regularly for our AC/heating maintenance. So when our water heater went out this morning we gave them a call. Not only did they make it over a full 2 hours before they were originally estimated to come out, but they're installing a brand new water heater for us as we speak. Can't give them enough compliments -- they're great! And $1800 for a last minute water heater install ain't bad either. We will continue to use them as long as we live in the Baltimore area.

I highly recommend getting plumbing repair work from Abend! My experience was so awesome. My hallway bathroom toilet had been running for a week so I started turning water valve off behind the toilet; the 3rd day the knob turned but the water would not shut off. I thought I could repair it by watching YouTube but after a few videos I didn’t trust myself. I contacted Katie 1130pm and told her how my bill was going to be high because my toilet been running non stop for 2 days and explained my issue, 730am she contacted me back, 4pm she let me know Jim would be coming out within an hour, within that hour Jim contacted me letting me know he will be on the way. Jim came and educated me on the issue and showed me where my main water switch was in cause of emergency. He started on my toilet and was done within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, professional and super fast. Jim cleaned up and took all trash with him even after I told him it was ok. Jim was super pleasant and patient as he listened to my rant about YouTube. Long story short Katie and Jim were awesome and I am totally satisfied with my experience! I highly recommend getting any plumbing services from Abend Plumbing and Heating!
