Robbie was awesome! He took time to explain what the issues were, how he was going to fix them and gave me useful information for things to look out for in the future. I won't hesitate to give them a call next time I have plumbing issues.

Sawma was a real-life saver. I called him at 4:40 pm on a Monday, hoping he had availability the next day but to my surprise, he said he could come in 20 minutes. He did a thorough assessment of the issue and explained the possible causes of the basement half bath toilet overflowing. He gave an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He went above and beyond - even fixing an unforeseen installation flaw. He also checked out another half-bath toilet and explained why it was running intermittently. Sawma was professional, thorough, and respectful of our property. We are very grateful for his help and recommend everyone use him!

My air condition started leaking pretty bad.. I called and they got out here two days later. They told me the price which wasn’t bad at all and got to work and I paid after he gave me an explanation of what he did to fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Have had previous positive experience with Horizon Services on older equipment at my farm. Sign up for GOLD service with them in my new home. Furnace went out and tech came out and properly diagnosed pressure switch issue.They quoted me over $400 for the switch part and $145 labor. Just had it fixed by local licensed company for $177.00 parts and laborDO NOT USE this company. This was ridiculous and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Price gouging by definition.I hope this post helps others from being taken advantage of.

Incorrectly replaced water heater, which now constantly breaks and leaves my house without hot water. Stopped answering calls and texts about their shoddy job. Charged me $1000, and now the water heater is a constant headache.

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

Best plumber ever! I was told by a different plumbing company that I needed a new water heater and that they were going to charge me A LOT of money! I called Brian and he came out the same day to look at my water heater. He told me it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a new part. He took the time to answer all my questions and was so professional. He was able to easily fix my water heater. I appreciate how honest this company is! I will be using them always from now on!!!

AJ Michaels transitioned our boiler from oil to natural gas. They were on-time, informative, courteous, and completed the work in the expected window. Not only was the work professional but they went above and beyond to finish all the workspaces. They coordinated the new boiler delivery and city inspection as well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

DO NOT RECCOMEND. VERY OVER PRICED , they do flat rate pricing and say its a very hard job & will take time to fix, then there in & out in 40minutes. if you include drive time to go back & get here tools & parts (which should be on their truck) was a total of 1hour & 29 minutes for 650.0 dollars. so they scare you then give this price then get the repairs done fast. then when i made a complaint. i was told flat rate pricing. so thats how they get you. and the owner is a real piece of work. very ignorant & likes to yell. and stop using the race card. has nothing to do with anything. and my wife was happy until we found out we were RIPPED OFF. AND DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT ME. your the one ripping people off not me. and i didnt say i wouldnt write a review if you gave me a hundred dollars. i would have wrote i anyway. and i would of wanted alot more then a 100 dollars off after the rip off job you did. tech made it seem bad but really wasnt then you say its flat rate to justify the TERRIBLE OVERCHARGE. like i told you on the phone, you need the money more then me. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS LADY. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
