Best Electric Water Heater in Baltimore MD

I have used them a few times and have always been happy with them. All of the guys who have been out to my house have been nice and professional and able to fix my problem/compete the work. Most recently I had a leak in my hot water tank and within like 3 hours of calling them they had the new one installed. And that was on a Saturday. They also do HVAC work.

They showed up way late, but it was not the service techs fault. He was only assigned our scheduled 4:00 pm repair order as he began what he thought was his last order for the day in another location which was also scheduled at 4:00 pm. He did not arrive at our location until 6:30 pm.Once on site he did work quickly to diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He was tired and worn out from working in the 90+ degree heat and having an extra assignment and a couple hours to his day. He was professional and courteous and we joked about doing service work and some of the common issues associated with being dispatched to situations and not knowing what to expect until you arrive.He presented a couple different options on ways to proceed and had prices for each option readily available. He also clearly laid out the pluses and minuses associated with each option which made making a decision relatively easy. In the end, despite missing our service window by over two hours the repair was made in a solid and methodical fashion, minimizing my cost and inconvenience. The overall cost of the repair was well within the range of values I anticipated it would be. So all in all I was very happy with the outcome, the high quality professional service provided, and the pleasant and easy to work with tech that came to our home. Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

Tech came out to diagnose my AC unit. After narrowing it down to a TXV he gave me a quote of $3200 and then said I might as well just get a whole new system. In the age of google I checked and found the average cost of this repair to be about $800. I found another company to do it and they quoted me at $750. This company is garbage .stay away

Very pleased with the services Mike and his team provided (replace main water valve and pressure relief valve). Booking was very straightforward - after filling out the webform with when I wanted them to show up, I got an email, text, and voicemail confirming the appointment **from the person who was going to actually show up** as well as a text when he was on the way. Initial consultation was quick and easy, and he spotted another potential issue he could address. He showed up the next day to perform the work, along with two apprentices he was training (this was when another larger plumbing company told me they were booked solid for 2-3 weeks). Work was performed quickly, professionally, and with minimal contact due to COVID-19 precautions. All three of them were wearing masks whenever I saw them. Cleaned up after themselves well, and offered to put me on a notification list for annual service of our water heater and pressure relief valve. Highly recommended.

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

Great honest service. Reasonable prices. They did a somewhat complicated installation for me in an old 1840s baltimore row home. Removed old system from roof, ran all new lines outside in protective conduit, work all looks great, everything was left clean. Helped me save money by letting me know I did not have to replace heat and cooling, just cooling portion. Took the time to talk through options, discuss efficiency, etc... when I thought there was an issue I had to put in a call late on a friday night and the guy actually answered his phone and was following up. Kind of amazing. (ended up being tenant issue with breaker off)

Abend Plumbing is a phenomenal company! My daughter owns an OLD house - virtually nothing to code and the two gentlemen from Abend Plumbing came in and had to deal w/so many issues yet proceeded in such an efficient, professional, caring manner. I HIGHLY recommend them - they are HONEST, RELIABLE and REASONABLY priced!! They are the only ones I will use!!
