We had water heater installed and we had a previous issue with our shower which he went out of his way to look at and also repair.

There was a slow leak in my hot water heating system. I called Mr. Sawma for an estimate. He came to my house later that day and examined the problem. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night. Stopped the leak and returned the next morning to replace the piping. He was very prompt and professional even in the wee hours of the night. I highly recommend

I needed assistance with installing a gas range. Ran into some issues I didnt feel comfortable addressing so I decided to call them on a Saturday afternoon. Before I knew it they were here the next day and was able to successfully complete the job. They're fast, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

Such a disappointment. I called @ 9:00 am to report a problem with water constantly running in my sump pump. They arrived @ 10. That was great! The tech plugged the pump in, saw the water shooting out the pipe and then unplugged the pump. He says, “you need a new sump pump.” He quoted $750. I thanked him for his service and told him I would get back to him. Then he says, “I can take 10% off.” He spent less than 15 minutes looking at the potential job. I called my nephew who is NOT a plumber. He accessed the problem, went to Home Depot, purchased a $20 part & installed it. It was a rubber piece with a flap inside that connected the pipes - not the Sump Pump. Everything is working fine now. It took him 15 minutes to install the part. Thanks for attempting to rip me off Caton Plumbing. Will never call or refer your company again.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

We had a very perplexing leak in which water would start pouring out of our living room ceiling after running a shower on the next floor up on the other side of the house for an hour or so. Of course, it wouldn't always happen. We had multiple plumbers, contractors, and bathroom remodelers try to figure it out, to no avail. Our insurance company then recommended American Leak Detection to conduct a full inspection to determine the cause and to produce a report. We were able to schedule ALD on short notice and they completely solved the mystery leak within a couple hours.

Our technician, Brian, was highly experienced, perceptive, and professional; he performed a small number of water tests and made a precise deduction about the most likely water path and leak mechanism, which turned out to be exactly correct: our washer's overflow drain was oddly joined to the shower system such that water would flow *backwards* if the shower was draining too slowly, and then it would get into the walls and ceiling on the other side of the house.

All in all, ALD and Brian were a pleasure to work with and their leak detecting capabilities are unparalleled. If you have a mysterious or 'impossible' leak, call them before you call the plumber!
