After a previous plumbing company made a mistake and would not rectify it, I called Stephen J Tant Plumbing. They were able to come out and fix the problem on the same day.

It may be ok to deal with the average plumber at roto rooter but never deal with the general manager. He lacks basic people skills. Very unprofessional and needs to be trained.

Needed a snake of our kitchen sink outflow pipe. Seemed quite expensive ($800) but service was excellent: they proactively called with updates and technician was clean and courteous, on Thanksgiving no less.

This was our first time using Roto Rooter and we are completely satisfied! We called with toilet problems at 5pm, and a technician was to our home by 6:30! Purcell, tech # 3755, was very respectful and professional, and even recommended (without being pushy) our next plumbing job to keep our house in good condition.
