Best Clogged Sinks in Baltimore MD

I have used Ace Plumbing many times over the years. They are always prompt and reasonable with costs. Just in the past month, I had a water heater break and they were able to fit me in immediately, did a replacement and left my place looking like nothing had ever happened. Good plumbers are hard to come by and I'd highly recommend them.

I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice. The knowledge and kindness exhibited is a rare trait in this world and I cannot recommend CA Taciak and Sons enough.

A great customer service experience.....Garbage disposal was leaking, and you could not use the kitchen sink. Three days before Christmas, I called Roto Rooter and spoke with Shane. She dispatched the service call to Tony in Baltimore. He installed a new garbage disposal. Two hours and Fifteen minutes top. Several Blessings!!

Ira stopped by to investigate the source of water damage on the ceiling of my kitchen. He was courteous, on time, and quick to identify the problem. He gave me clear options on how to proceed. Once I decided on a path forward, he quickly resolved the issue within 30 minutes and completed the work. Overall, he was very professional and I would highly recommend.
