Marvin was excellent. Fortunately I went and bought a water heater to save time - their supplier was closed by the time they got here and assessed the issue. Pricey but the entire problem was resolved in 4 hours.

I had a backup from my sink and laundry drain pipe that caused spilling. It was taken care of and I have no drain issues anymore!

Great experience! Frank Taciak came to my home, inspected my problem, showed me how to easily fix it myself and would not charge me for his time or advice! So, it turned out that I didn’t need his services! But, he proved to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, punctual and trustworthy! Horrible. Never again. They claimed to have repaired my pipe. After repair, they kept coming every 4 - 6 months because sewer kept backing up. After several times, I called another plumber. The camera showed pieces of my cement floor inside the pipe they replaced. Apparently, pieces of cement fell into the pipe when they were replacing it and were NOT removed, the pipe is not connected right and it creates a belly as they call it and - moreover - they did not replace the entire affected pipe - just a little bit of it. I have videos and witnesses. Last time i called them, they wanted to charge me for the camera - just amazing. I am speechless.

I wanted to use Catons because the work the did for me previously was very good so I called them again. The young man that came to perform the work was so very knowledgable. experienced and willing to explain exactly what work he was going to perform prior to starting. He wore his boot covers without me asking which was good since i have light carpet and he had his mask and gloves. He also quoted the prices for each section of work and time frame it was going to take. He also offered suggestions for future work. I wanted to watch how he was working on the faucet in the master bath. He said he does the work like what he would want it done in his own home. I asked him to inspect the piping and hose from my garbage disposal and dishwasher he corrected the hose so it would drain and not hold staginet water and orders. He was efficient and I was so impressed with his calm and patient manner. Also he was very polite and respectful. His name is Sanga and I will request his expertise for all my plumbing projects from now on.
