I’ve had radiators removed, water softener installed, and plumbing help for various household issues. We called on the 4th of July for a water line failure emergency. The owner himself was here quickly and got the water turned off to avoid a much bigger problem. Very responsive, professional and a nice guy too! Metcalf is our new go to plumber.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

I called Wes, and he came out to my house 15 minutes later. Wes did a great job explaining the issue to me, in a way I could understand. Amazing work - I highly recommend!

Their Rob you blind. Wanted 526 dollars just to replace toilet insides. A hour job and about 20 dollars in parts. Not worth the call

Stilwell Plumbing was our first call at the sign of issues with one of our toilets. They came out the same day to take a look, both technicians were knowledgeable and gave solutions to have our toilet back to normal. Highly recommend!

Lying frauds

Excellent. We had our hot water expansion tank spring a leak. I called Saturday morning and they were able to come out within a few hours. Replaced the tank and did additional work we noticed to replace pipe copper pipe which had two pin holes. Ira was very clear in his communications and cost. Outstanding tech. I liked what they did and signed an one year maintenance plan. Highly recommend them. Don in Rockville, MD.

Buyer beware. Ask up front for the cost of service. Cost $175 for 30 minutes for someone to come out, cut a hole in the drywall, identify where the leak was coming from (which I already knew because I could see the drywall wet spot), then tell me they couldn't fix it and had to give an estimate. Extremely expensive service to tell me something I already knew and then basically charge me for an estimate. Won't use again and don't recommend.

Brent offered to come to our home early to replace a garbage disposal so that I could get to work on time. He was punctual and professional. Many neighbors have used their services and agree that it is of great quality. Thank you!
