Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

Mike and Alan were fantastic and professional from the get go. It's a 97 year old house so was a challenging job that required getting into odd walls, but the did it with the minimum possible intrusion. They finished in a day and left the areas they worked cleaner than when they started.

I've been using Fitz for years. They always do good work, and they don't rake you over the coals with prices!

Happened upon a water leak in the middle of the night. I am indebted to Mike’s plumbing for fitting me in an already tight schedule on a recent Friday afternoon! Charlie- friendly and professional- thoroughly investigated the situation and isolated the problem- and was able to prevent further damage to the floors and walls. The service charge was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mike’s plumbing for all your future needs. Thank you Mike’s plumbing for coming to my rescue!

Stilwell was dispatched by my home warranty company to repair a shower valve. The plumber attempted to disassemble my old shower, and broke the trim, as well as the posi temp cartridge. While trying to put it back together, he leaked a large amount of water into my wall, causing a large water stain on the ceiling below. I was told that replacement parts were not available at their supplier, so their only option was to completely replace everything at a much higher cost on a later date. My warranty would not cover those costs.

Rather than having Stilwell come back and complete the job, I reached out to another plumber that was recommended. He obtained the parts needed to perform the repair from the same supplier that Stilwell claimed did not have them. He completed the repair with no issues.

Stilwell tried to scam me for hundreds of dollars by completely breaking my shower and stating that excessive work was needed to fix it.

I would not recommend Stilwell to anyone, for any reason.

The AJ Michaels team that came to my home not only completed the work detailed in the proposal but they left the premises in a much better state than when they arrived. The work order provided all services necessary to pass the Howard County inspection and it was completed on schedule. We also had run new water lines above the slab in my home which was built in 1976, this required moving the washer / dryer and the installation of new outdoor water spouts. What amazed us was that they actually cleaned the dryer duct and provided guidance for future care. Excellent job. We highly recommend this company for service, Sincerely, Al and Darlene Striano.

Very recently my elder cat got out of the house and ended up in a storm drain and was unable to get himself out. After unsuccessful efforts to get assistance through AA Co, several Good Samaritans from the community came to help. Among those good samaritans were on call plumbers from Perfect Plumbing. We had worked several hours trying to rescue my cat, who by this time had been in the storm drain for a week And was very sick and weak. Shortly after Perfect Plumbing arrived and began helping we were able to get him out. If it had not been for Perfect Plumbing and the other good samaritans I don’t know what I would have done. I am very grateful to Perfect Plumbing and owner, Josh for their benevolence. I have found a new plumber. Thanks again!
