Roto Rooter was very responsive to my situation where other plumbing companies just flat out said they couldn’t help me. My tech was Wayne #2409. He was very respectful, answered all my questions with patience, and new how to receive extra assistance in order to fix the problem in a same day session. He also followed all Covid-19 guidelines. I am very appreciative.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. Water was dripping from one of the toilet water tanks, Delroy explained the problem so that I understood what the problem was.
