Best Bathroom Sink Installation in Baltimore MD

This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.
He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

This company is a nightmare. Hired them to do a job in June and months later it was still not fixed and they caused more damage. I was in tears multiple times trying to get them to finish the job correctly but they were in no rush. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money asking them for help with anything.

Mr. Michael came out and inspected my hot water heater and kitchen faucet. He was completely honest and professional. I was told exactly what was needed. Will definitely be calling for other projects.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

The technician, Cuns, 5511, arrived promptly and removed a clog from my lower level bathroom sink, which had been an issue for about 2 weeks.
He was very efficiently and courteous. The technician was able to unclog the drain in a very timely manner. For best results, I would recommend calling Roto-Rooter.

This place is spectacular and I would recommend them to anyone. This is the first time I have ever used a plumber and my expectations were exceeded. I called them because I purchased a gas stove and I needed a gas line ran upstairs. Mike came out and explained the work he was going to do and how much it would cost. After he was done he cleaned up and there wasn’t a trace that any work had been done. When the stove was delivered I had to coordinate with them and an electrician to have everything hooked up. They were very flexible, agreeable and courteous (I think I called 3-4 times that day) and they were able to send someone out that day and my stove is up and running. I would HIGHLY recommend.

UPDATE 2ND EXPERIENCE: I had a clog that would not drain and the backup smelled terrible. Will was awesome. He explained my options and when I asked his opinion I felt like he was honest and wasn't trying to upsell me. Everything was put back and was clean when they left. He even fixed a drain when he was putting in the new plumbing and he also moved my dishwasher hose so my garbage disposal didn't smell like a dead skunk every time I ran it, and he tightened the disposal because it was loose. This is the first time I have had to use them for a problem (last time was to have a gas line put in) and they are always fantastic. Whenever I have contact with any of the employees they are always happy, are always helpful and seem like they like their jobs (which I think is incredible) and that speaks to the company and its culture. I would recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need their services again (I hope not, at least not for a very long time) I would not hesitate to call.
