We have used Ace plumbing on numerous bathroom renovations over the last couple years. Joe and his team do a great job. I would recommend them highly and we will continue to use them in the future.

Adam P. did the repair on my boiler drain line with his assistant Ryan. They did an awesome job. There’s no more loud banging and I have nice new copper pipe and an operational boiler again. Thanks for all the hard work, it was much appreciated!! I’d also like to add that Adam was on time and I was notified when he was on the way. Adam was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the day and even let me know when they were leaving for lunch. Adam and his colleague Mike came to the house and identified the problem beforehand. They gave me the option to remove drywall myself to access the area where the pipe needed replacement and gave me a discount on the bill for doing it. Finally I’d like to say to anyone reading these reviews…if you call Metcalf for plumbing service definitely request Adam!!

When our reliable plumber retired, we were not sure where to turn. Nick was recommended by a neighbor. One visit is all it took to convince us we found our new plumber. Nick has been out twice for different plumbing issues. He is professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Spiro with Empire Plumbing & Heating LLC. He recently fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and did an excellent job. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and punctual.

Plumber Lal Hualngo came at the arranged time and did great work. I had three faucet/drain problems for him to fix. One was difficult and he had to search stores for a specific replacement part to avoid cutting into the drywall. It turned out that the part was not available, so he did have to remove some drywall to get access, but he did not make a mess!

Amazing work. Professional, thorough, fast. All at very affordable rates. They've done a LOT of work for us, and we could not be happier. HIGHLY recommended!

Staying local made sure that I was taken care of once again. Called on a Thursday and they had someone out by 8am on Friday. Al did a phenomenal job! I explained the issues, he gave me 4 different solution options with pricing, answered all my questions, kept everything clean and sanitary, and was so kind. Job was completed same day and was reasonably priced. As a single female I didn't feel like I was manipulated for extra services or overpriced, I was treated with complete respect. I'll certainly use them again!

The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the supervisor was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.

Abbott Brothers fit me in last minute. I smelled gas from the fireplace. We were headed out of town for the holiday. They were so accommodating and fit me in as i explained i had to leave that day. BGE turned off the gas the night before and told me i had a leak. I had no heat-i did not want my pipes to freeze. Alex saved the day and our holiday. Customer service is dead these days so when i get excellent service I really appreciate it!

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

I had my sump pump installed. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t working. Mr. Sat did an awesome job making sure it worked and clean.

I had a serious problem with water backing up in a drain in my front yard. I called Mike's Plumbing and they sent Charlie and Jake out to my house within an hour. They were outstanding! Charlie made sure I understood everything they were doing in order to resolve the issue. They found the clog in the drain line, cleared it and made sure the drain was working properly. Charlie and Jake were very professional, cleaned everything up good as new and were finished promptly. Price for the job was reasonable. Whenever I have anymore plumbing issues, I'm calling Mike's Plumbing!
