Ty is beyond awesome. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgable and above all HONEST! He replaced our water heater that was leaking all over our entry-level floor. His attention to detail ensures that the task is done thoroughly. He responds promptly to your inquiries and is extremely fair and transparent about what needs to be done and the cost. My family and I have called on Ty to help with multiple projects, and we are glad to see him each and every time :)

Bruce (2171) took great care of me and got a broken shower fixed in no time. I also appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment scheduled, and that the dispatcher called earlier in the morning to see if I wanted to move up my service time.

Rob was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having , was in and out of my house within 5 minutes. He was very nice and very professional and the company didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

April was so helpful on the phone and got somebody out to fix the problem instantly!

I called them up to take a look at an issue of my lights flickering when my tankless hot water heater is turned on even though they are in different circuits and different panels.An electrician came over and took a look at the panels and saw no issue but the electrcian refused to open up the tankless hot water heater to look at the wiring.I emailed the company and shortly thereafter spoke to them and they explained that they don't send out electricians for problems with tankless hot water heater... I was not too thrilled that they told me this AFTER they agreed to take a look at the issue I was having. I basically need to find another electrcian that will actually look at the issue. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB since the company still charged me more than $250.

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

Great, quick service. Came a day earlier than expected because they had an opening. Knowledgeable and fixed all my problems.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

It is 9pm an mr. Butler just left my home! He came to my at night! With an amazing attitude ready to fix our problem! He truly was amazing fixing a toilet clog effecting 2 of our main toilets! He was honest with his prices! He fixed our issue in a nice amount of time! He also gave us advice on what we should and should be doing!! We greatly appreciate him and his service! If in need again he is our guy!!!!
