There are many reputable plumbing companies in the Baltimore Area, but few run by Master Plumbers that are willing to get their own hands dirty. Great rates and fast service, what more can you ask for?

We have used Ace plumbing on numerous bathroom renovations over the last couple years. Joe and his team do a great job. I would recommend them highly and we will continue to use them in the future.

BW Plumbing was great! I had another company come out right before they did and I was told it was my hot water tank had burst and that was the reason why my first floor flooded. Sawma came out from BW plumbing and told me it wasn't my hot water tank that burst but it was a leak from inside the wall. Sure enough after cutting into the wall he found the leak! Thanks again Sawma! I would use this company again!

Installed one new outlet in unfinished basement. Price was sky high. Work was done well and quickly but would not ever use them again due to the price being so inflated.Edit:company reached out and said they would look into reducing the price they charged me. Then emailed back and said they couldn’t do anything. Bad review is only for a job cost of $1100 for 30mins work.

I found Metcalf Plumbing on Facebook. They arrived on time and worked very hard to diagnose my issue. They discovered problems that the last plumber missed. I recommend them 100%.

Mr Wes was very professional and fast in response time to the problem unfortunately his equipment was jammed in my line and he was concerned about getting additional help to assist my problem yes I would recommend services for your plumbing issues

Kirk and his helper arrived on time and cleared a clogged drain that had flooded our kitchen by way of the washing machine. Kirk was very informative, he surely knows his business , and went beyond the call to be serviced.... not sure I understood all the extras he did but they were needed. He cut the drain hose to size it was to tall, and replaced the drain pipe that had cracked and broken at no extra cost. They were so courteous and friendly and of course cleaned up after, couldn't tell they had been here. I would highly recommend All Nite Plumbing , a Great small business that provides excellent and economical services. I will be using them again. Thanks so much for your service.

Had to get a a/c unit installed. Only one guy showed up who was an absolute saint. If I could rate him five stars I would. He wasn’t able to finish the job alone and horizon was supposed to send someone else out to finish it. This was on July 2nd it took 3 phone calls to actually get someone scheduled and they no call no showed so wasted a day of work for me. I’ve had better experiences with Comcast customer service which is setting the bar extremely low. I think I’d rather have my house at 100 degrees instead of dealing with this awful company

Very happy with Caton's service. I have called them twice in the past month (for different issues). Both times, their service was outstanding. Strongly recommend their plumber Kenny O. He did a great job. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. The first job he did involved cleaning out two slow drains in my house. He gave me an estimate shortly after he arrived. I was very impressed with how careful Kenny was to keep the bathroom and laundry rooms clean. He put in the extra effort to make sure the expensive bathroom floor and fixtures were kept clean and NO DAMAGE whatsoever. It was SPOTLESS when he was done. Very impressed. When I had a leak in another bathroom toilet a few weeks later, I asked for Kenny again. He again was professional, friendly, just top notch. Again - gave me a fair estimated when he arrived, and also again protected the floors, cleaned up the job site to perfection after he finished the job. I also appreciate how he explained everything he was going to do, etc. Just no surprises. Will definitely call on Caton's again. Appreciate your excellent service. Called by my home warranty to come and diagnose a water leak in my ceiling. They fixed the obvious leaking pipe, but when i showed them my bathtub as a possible source too, they said 'see the caulk? it's perfectly fine'. So I spent $1000 fixing the drywall and repainting the ceiling... only to have more water leak the next time we took a bath.

THEN they came back and had the audacity to force me to pay another $100 deductible to my home warranty company to fix the 1 gasket in the bathtub that, you guessed it, had corroded and disappeared.

And, of course, no consideration for the money I spent redoing the ceiling. We are not liable for that.

AND IF THAT WEREN'T ENOUGH -- the toilet flusher that they fixed that same time, broke in half the very next morning.

Very disappointed. Actually disappointed enough that I'm writing this review.

My guess is that the home warranty has finally overwhelmed them and they are not hiring good people anymore. Might want to look elsewhere.

I hired Abbott Brothers Plumbing to do a job for me today and a few minutes before the job they notified me that they would not be here. They would not even assume responsibility that they were wrong for not showing up when they promised to be here. What a shame.
