The call center who helped me schedule was very helpful. The plumber who was supposed to come over and give us an estimate for the job was 5-6 hours late without telling me. I had to call several times. Then when he came, he was really aggressive and demanded we make a decision right away. It was $69 for an estimate, alone. When we asked for some guarantee, he didn't express a lot of confidence in the fix. For $~1K, he's going to try out a solution...not sure if the fix would work. In the field, customer service was lacking. Will not be seeking their services in the future.

We got in touch with all night after several other plumbers jerked me around with windows of service and never arriving resulting in loss days work and frustration. All night arrived during the hours they said they would and were amazing in communication throughout the process from scheduling to service. They understood I had two little ones and advocated to my home insurance to get the job completed asap! This was so important as my husband was away at the time and I was overwhelmed with figuring out how to handle it and the kids. The team is such a family business and I love how friendly and helpful they are!

I just had the worst experience with them. I had a nice, knowledgeable service provider suggest a solution to my clogged sink, but I decided to go with another company that will clean my second story vent. In the meantime, a second employee stopped by, presumably the first's supervisor, presumably to check on his work. He basically walked in and starting running the show. The first was obviously irritated (and rightfully so) and nearly walked out the door. After some very awkward conversation with boss-man, I not-so-calmly asked the two to leave.Here's a suggestion. If you need to audit your employees' work, either send a supervisor with them on the visit, or just call the customer afterwards. Surprise check-ins make for unhappy employees and customers!

I recommend that NO ONE uses this company. I had work done with these people recently and the work that was performed was not done properly. This resulted in damaged areas to my ceiling in my living room due to water damage. These people will not give me a call to help fix what they have damaged. Do not use them.

When I needed a new water heater, Abbott Brothers sent someone out the same day for a consultation and found the heater that I wanted. Their installation team was courteous and professional and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing jobs.
