Tiyese Pope was my HVAC technician and was fantastic. Genuinely cared about taking care of the customer and providing 5-star service. Not only that, but was more than willing to allow me to observe and went out of his way to also teach me some of the fundamental concepts of HVAC as he did each step. Tiyese is an excellent technician that made getting HVAC work done not only fun, but also engaging. I will definitely be considering working with Len the Plumber in the future and fully recommend utilizing their services for HVAC and Plumbing mishaps.

Rob was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having , was in and out of my house within 5 minutes. He was very nice and very professional and the company didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Mike M and Allen were absolutely wonderful! They immediately knew what to do to find and fix a leak in the shower drain and worked carefully around a difficult building structure to fix it! I can’t speak to the pricing as we didn’t see a bill since we are renters, but they were very professional, confident, and efficient!

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

As a new homeowner I was afraid to call a plumber. A friend recommended L J Plumbing and I am so happy she did. I had a leak in the kitchen and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. While he was here I mentioned another issue with a utility sink. I was told I needed a new sink but he said I only needed a part. He had the part of his truck and I got 2 plumbing issues fixed. If needed, I will be calling L J Plumbing again !
